Centrally located two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath loft with garage located 3 miles down Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Flagstaff Medical Center is 5 minutes away. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails, sites, and museums. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Arizona Snowbowl.

Fully remodeled with speedy WiFi, Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen and baths have been fully updated with new Shaker cabinets, granite countertops and all new appliances. Full-size washer and dryer. Large balcony and very small dog run behind the one-car garage with direct access.

Slick remodeled 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths and a one-car garage that boasts extra storage and a full-size washer and dryer. The home features a large balcony with Adirondack chairs.

Inside the home, you'll find the living room with a fireplace and a 50" Samsung Smart TV, two sofas (long enough to sleep on but they do not fold out into beds), and a club chair. The oversized eat-in kitchen is well equipped with cookware, updated appliances, and a dining table with seating for six.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite half bath. The second bedroom also features a king bed. This loft is above the garage, and there is no living space above or below in a three-home building. The living spaces share no common walls.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay free. We are sorry, but we do not permit cats due to allergies.

Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Terrific kitchen very well equipped. We appreciated it being dog friendly and so close to downtown. For us (seniors) the couches and dining table were not very comfortable but that is because we are old and prefer some cushie for our tushies. If you don’t mind being upstairs this is a great accommodation.

Nice break!

Lived the cute little cottage! It was better than expected. Beds were comfortable, couches very stylish and comfy. We needed a break and this was the perfect spot, teen and doggie friendly.

Loveable stay

The stay was very comfortable and everything as advised. We were a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids it was perfect. The vinyl recorder was nostalgic. All items were sufficient for the stay. Very close to NAU were my kids had to go to summer camps. The only con was there is a run down house across the building but with a Montessori and some other livable housing nearby the neighborhood felt safe.

Nothing short of extraordinary

Rich has this place organized just as advertised. Clean, tidy, has everything you need. We had the best time. Only thing is I’m a big coffee drinker, wish there were more than few coffee pods but other than that everything was perfect

Vintage vibes

This little apartment was perfect for our family. It was very clean and there was everything there we needed. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the fridge. We never could get it to cool properly. We didn't use it that much, but I would have been scared to keep meat in it. I'm afraid it would have spoiled. Otherwise, totally recommend

Weekend trip

My daughter and I needed a place to stay for her hockey camp over the weekend. The loft fit the bill. A couple of things to take note of is that the garage does not fit a full size pickup truck due to the washer and dryer being at one end. The driveway is also a little too steep for my comfort so we parked in the street. This is not a big deal but there were a few homeless people wandering the streets at night so I wouldn't leave anything in your vehicle.Also, probably an anomoly but the last tenant prior to us decided to cook bacon in the oven and left quite a greasy mess. Not the owners fault but something his cleaning crew should be aware of.Finally the loft does not have a full size fridge so there is very limited freezer space. Just be aware of this if you are planning to get groceries for your stay.Despite these few minor things I would have no problem staying here again.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the garage, huge deck, and location in the center of things. We are right down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
