Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville

Cette maison historique rénové est situé à distance de marche de dizaines de restaurants et bars ainsi que des magasins de détail. Il ya deux chambres, une salle de bains, une buanderie et une cuisine complète. Les compteurs sont en granit avec des armoires en érable massif. La cour avant est clôturé avec une clôture personnalisé mignon qui ressemble à une rivière qui coule, avec une table et des chaises pour prendre dans l'essence de la ville. La cour a un cèdre clôture de six pieds qui crée beaucoup de la vie privée pour le jardin paysagé. Un grand bain à remous se trouve dans le coin et il ya une grande zone de finisseur dans le dos et un petit carré d'herbe. Il ya aussi un jardin avec des légumes frais et de belles fleurs. La maison a été construite en 1915 dans le cadre du site de la ville d'origine.

We loved this property! It was even better than expected. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front yard and porch, as well as the backyard and hot tub were wonderful. I don't think the photos do the property justice. The neighborhood is cute and close to a lot of fun places.

Great location sandwiched between downtown and Thorpe park. Kitchen had everything needed including a pizza cutter. Hot tub was one of the better ones I have been in with great jet pressure.

We really enjoyed this house on our recent trip to Flagstaff. We travel to Flagstaff quite often and prefer to stay downtown, so we can easily walk to restaurants, parks and stores. It is really close to the observatory as well. This house is prefect for our family and is very dog friendly. The house was very clean throughout. The kitchen was spacious and open to the living and dining areas. We really liked the layout. Only slight disappointed was the weather, as we were hoping for snow in March. This house would ideal for playing in the snow with the spacious backyard.

I was born and raised in flagstaff, I grew up in a house a mile from this location and attended Flagstaff High School. My wife and I lived in this home for 8 years and would still be in it if our family wasn't growing so fast.

Location! This house may be smaller than others, but the draw for us is that it is so close to all the excitement and charm of downtown. We have been so lucky to have lived in this home for as long as we did.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What I enjoy most about the house is the ability to sit and look out the giant picture window in the front of the house and watch people walking by, to see the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood and to be able to relax in the glow of the sun.
The backyard warms up early in the day and sometimes I would grab a cup of coffee and sit in the sun warming myself from both the inside and out.
Within minutes we are able to walk downtown and stroll through heritage square, doing some window shopping along the way, and then grab a bite to eat or listen to some music at one of the bars.
It's also so nice to not have to drive downtown, parking is always a hassle, and sometimes you can't park as close as our house to where your going, so for us it is great to just walk everywhere.
