The location was perfect for us! We were in comfortable walking distance from the beach and one of our favorite restaurants, Peg Leg Pete's. The exterior of the building could use freshening up but the condo we were in was clean, provided necessary kitchen items and had fun beach decor. We especially loved the balcony with the view of water on both sides! The sunrise could be seen from the primary bedroom and the sunset from the other bedroom! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Our stay was amazing as always! Sans Souci remains our favorite condo property on the beach. We've rented multiple different condos in this building from Pensacola Beach Properties and always have the best stay. The units are clean, well stocked, and the property manager has always been easily accessible.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed staying at the condo. We had a view of the beach and the bay from the balcony. The place was very clean and we were provided packets of needed soaps, etc., that were just right. We went two times across the street to Peg Leg Pete’s which we highly recommend. It was a great location and we would stay there again.

Second time at Sans Souci

This is our second stay at the Sans Souci condos. We enjoy the direct beach access, balconies to see the beautiful views and it’s across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s! Great deal for the price!

Enjoyable vacation. Great location.

We found this location to be well maintained and in very good condition. The unit had everything we needed. Took us a little bit to figure out how to use the TV but that's mostly due to our inexperience with streaming. The beach area was clean and uncrowded. Wish the pool could have been warmer, but this was the first week in April (there was always the hot tub) Liked the gated security situation and the location away from the "downtown" crowds. Would come back to this location in the future.
