Valley View Villa: Indoor Saltwater pool, theater, pickleball!

Welcome to our family friendly estate, the perfect destination for your next getaway! With over 8000 sqft of space and 4 acres of land, there`s always something to do for everyone. Inside, you`ll find a salt water heated pool with a fun water slide, as well as a game room with air hockey, pool table, and arcade games. The full theater comes with a vintage popcorn machine, snacks, and reclining seats for a fun movie night. The house also has a poker room, entertainers kitchen, coffee bar, and wet bar, making it the ultimate entertainment hub for your group.

The layout of the house includes a bunk room with 5 twin beds and a half bath, a spacious living room, dining room for 10, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bath on the first floor. The second floor features 4 bedrooms with comfortable memory foam mattresses and TVs in each room, and 2 more full baths. The finished lower level has a second living room with a sleeper sofa, and a walk out patio with a premium hot tub and gas fire pit.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love our fully enclosed basketball court, equipped with basketballs, pickle ball paddles, and dodgeballs. We`re also just a short drive away from popular attractions such as Valley Zipline Tours, Hocking Hills State Park, Lake Logan, and Ash cave.

Please note that our indoor salt water pool is maintained at 80-85 degrees for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Also, pets are welcome with a $150 cleaning fee; however are not permitted in our pool or pool room.
Our quiet residential area does not permit parties or loud music, and we have exterior cameras for security at the entry doors and parking area. We do not allow outside guests, other than those on the reservation, on the property without prior approval from us.
