Weâre Munro and Rachel Murdock, a husband-and-wife team with a deep love for hospitality and over a decade of experience in the vacation rental industry. We spent 12 wonderful years in Hawaii, where we managed a portfolio of beachfront vacation rentals and built lasting relationships with travelers from around the world. In 2020, we moved to North Idaho with our family in search of a new adventure and a more grounded lifestyle.

When we discovered Bonners Ferry, we were drawn to its small-town charm, natural beauty, and welcoming community. Tucked away in the forest just three miles from town, the former Log Inn Campground offered the perfect opportunity to continue doing what we loveâoffering warm, comfortable, and memorable stays for travelers. The surrounding area, with its rivers, mountains, and wildlife, reminded us of the beauty we cherished in Hawaiiâjust with pine trees instead of palm trees.

Today, the property includes five fully equipped luxury log cabins, two glamping Conestoga wagons, a tipi, RV sites, a walking trail, and a small camp store. Our goal has always been to create a space that combines the beauty of the outdoors with the comforts of home. Whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay, youâll find thoughtful touches, clean accommodations, and genuine hospitality that reflect our years of experience in the vacation rental industry.
