Ce chalet sur mesure au bord de la riviĂšre avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain se trouve Ă  30 minutes au nord de Bonners Ferry, en Idaho et Ă  5 minutes du Canada, peut accueillir 6 personnes et dispose de tout le confort de la maison, y compris: laveuse, sĂ©cheuse, lave-vaisselle, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes, cuisiniĂšre / four, bain Ă  remous, barbecue Ă  gaz encastrĂ©, foyer au gaz, vĂ©randa couverte, avec bar, terrasse sur la riviĂšre, avec vue imprenable sur la riviĂšre et les montagnes depuis chaque fenĂȘtre (au bord de la riviĂšre). super rafting, rafting, kayak, tubing et pĂȘche Ă  la mouche (selon la pĂ©riode de l'annĂ©e) juste devant votre porte, au centre de tout ce qui est "Far-North Idaho" 600 yards Ă  pied du lac Sinclair, 5 min en voiture Ă  Robinson Lake, Ă  15 min en voiture de Dawson Lake pour la pĂȘche et les visites toute l'annĂ©e, Ă  10 min en voiture de Copper Creek Falls, belle randonnĂ©e facile vers les chutes de 200 pieds parfaites pour les visites estivales et le refroidissement, idĂ©al en hiver pour l'escalade de glace, 20 min en voiture et une randonnĂ©e de 1/2 mile au lac Spruce, un lac subalpin de mile de haut, entourĂ© d'Ă©pinettes anciennes Engelmann, la fin de l'Ă©tĂ© est la saison des Huckleberry, alors gardez les yeux ouverts le long des routes de montagne, super dans vos crĂȘpes!

Loved the view of river and deer each morning. Enjoyed a fire each night cooked hamburgers and s’mores. Our family took us to beautiful sites in the area and Montana. We will be back.

If the Little Moose Cabin doesn’t have it, you don’t need it! This place is perfect beyond words. Photos don’t even do it justice.

Amamzing, beautiful, peaceful, private, cozy, spacious, increadible, dreamlike, serene, unforgettable, inspiring, etc...This is without a doubt one of the highest ranking locations I have ever been blessed to stay at. This cabin has it all! The layout of the cabin and how it faces the river is just lovely. The large yard is something you don''t normally see in these mountain properties...it certainly encourages you to take of your shoes and become grounded. There is a deck that sits right over the river, with two comfy chairs, and a side table with an unbrella. From here you have a perfect view both up and down the river. We saw deer each evening, ducks, Canadian Geese, and wild turkey visited from time to time. The peacefulness of just listening to the river flow brings such a place of joy to my heart. The super comfy bed was a wonderful place to recharge for the next day. We took walks, rode our ebikes, took some day trips to the area lakes, and a day up through Canada. The kitchen was well stocked, and eating our meals at the outside bar was wonderful. I would love to visit this cabin again! Butch was so kind, I had so many questions and he graciously helped me with everything. So, if your vibe for a relaxing vacation is to sit on the beach, go to restaurants each evening, play mini golf, go to a movie, walk to shops, wineries or pubs daily...the Little Moose Cabin may not be the place for you to recreate. Mountains, river, cabin, remote best vacation ever!

Our three-night stay, despite the rain, was just what we needed to unwind. The secluded location was perfect for a peaceful getaway with our dog, who especially loved having water access and space. The cabin itself was well-appointed with everything we required for a comfortable stay, including a great selection of games. The only minor issue was the goose and their poop, but the comfortable accommodations and overall relaxing atmosphere more than made up for it. We're hoping to return sooner than later!

Idyllic

This property is perfect for the get-a-way from it all feel. It was private, large space for outdoor enjoyment, tranquility of the river and just the right size cabin. The living room is a tad small but everything else is perfectly sized for the right necessities. Check in was easy and super friendly. This was our second visit and we can't wait to return again!

Best stay by FAR my first review i have ever wrote

I honestly have never wrote a review because we usually have good stays and nothing to really complain about.. but nothing out of this world. This stay.. AMAZING. We loved every part of it. the accuracy of the listing, the whole property, the river, the privateness, everything that you need or could think of is there. They put so much thought and work into this place you HAVE to stay here. The cabin is so comfy and beautiful. Beds are so comfy, entertainment wise they have whatever you need. Huge beautiful yard with a river in back. A fun lake to also fish at just a couple minutes away. We live in minnesota, but we will make trips back to idaho JUST to be able to stay at this cabin. On top of it our dogs LOVED it so much. The owners are super nice as well, if you don’t want to be bothered they will not bother you. If you do want to chat, they are willing and super friendly! Thank you so much! Hoping to be back to stay sometime soon :)

Little moose cabin

This cabin was the best!!! Very much worth the 13 hour drive!!! It was exactly what we needed to take a life break!!! With the choice of a river and a lake it was seriously dreamy!!!! We are already talking about our next trip there!!!!

Perfect!

Wonderful cabin with top notch details throughout. Wine, coffee, use of kayaks, bikes and tubes. Although the river was low in front to fish, we enjoyed the water. Lots of lakes around to fish with beautiful scenery. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable and our son loved the loft to himself. We also had our two dogs who also loved all the space. We hope to return next year!

The best get-away

3rd (or 4th?) time at Little Moose and it’s still the best. Location, location, location. The view to the river is beautiful (and functional for kayakers / floaters). Sinclair lake in walking distance and Robinson lake a short drive are great fishing spots. Love the Little Moose, always in our hearts and minds, thank you for sharing this property!

We have owned and operated an outdoor store "Far-North Outfitters" in Bonners Ferry for 28 years, through out those years we have had many inquiries, as to if there was a log cabin on the river for rent, since we knew of no actual log cabins, right on the river, we set out to find the perfect spot ( took 5 years ), and build one ( 2 more years )..... And now, is completed and ready to be relaxed in....

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I chose this spot specifically because it's right in the middle of all the things we did with our 4 daughters growing up in the 80's.., floating the Moyie River, Hiking to Copper Creek Falls, swimming in the pools, picking huckleberries up Deer Ridge, fishing at Robinson and Sinclair Lakes, having dinners at Fiest Creek Resort, feeding the huge trout in the pond etc... Because of the beauty and uniqueness of Far-North Idaho , We wanted to share this with others as well as always having a place, no matter what crazy place they end up, that they can come back to , to reground , and to share with their children.
