Clean and modern place with plenty of common space. Wish the beds were better, windows more soundproof against traffic noise and there was more cleaning supplies like dish soap, paper towels and napkins.

We rented this home because to attend a wedding. It was close to the venue and so many stores and businesses. The home was clean and orderly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

A Place To Work and Play!

This townhouse was everything I hoped it would be. I loved the convenient access to restaurants, shopping and trail heads. I would 100% recommend this property to others and stay here again while in the Salt Lake Valley.

Overall, the stay was good. But the owner really needs to invest in towels, wash clothes, etc. There were no wash clothes anywhere and the hand towel in the master was thread-bare. Also, if you offer a coffee maker, (which you do) you need to make sure you supply the correct coffee maker filters.

Nice property

We liked staying at this property. As we stated we had 6 occupants, it would have been nice to have 6 chairs around the table, but there were some bar stools. Also wash rags would be nice in the bathroom. But it was a nice stay.

This townhouse was great. The only recommendation I have it to post that there’s a lot of stairs. It Was challenging for our 80 yr old mother. Other then that we loved everything about this home.

We had a great say but some things you should know. It is a 3 story townhouse. Garage on main level, 2nd level is kitchen and living area, third level is bedrooms. A lot of stairs. Nothing is child proofed so remember that if you have small children. Very close to highway but also very quiet. Close to lots of things including IKEA, the aquarium, shopping and dining. Beds were comfortable but on the softer side. Does have both a washer and drier on 3rd level. Kitchen is functional. Stovetop glass is cracked but still works. Well appointed enough to cook basic meals. Has a Keurig, a regular coffee maker and a hot pot to boil water for tea. We had the misfortune of having the main bedroom smoke detector chirp low battery at 6:45 Am on Christmas Eve. Maintenance guy was off for the day but the owner instacarted a battery to the property by 11:00 AM. Slept soundly that night. Awesome, and the owner is super responsive. I would rent this property again.

Good stay

We enjoyed our time in the house. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only suggestions are the need for more seating. The couch and table didn't accommodate all 6 of us. Also, know that if your family includes older teens the beds are not big enough to sleep 2 comfortably so bring an air mattress or 2 as the couch isn't great for sleeping on. There are also a lot of stairs in the home which may be tricky for younger kids or elderly. Overall, the house was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay

Property was a great value and felt like new. Cleanliness could’ve been improved (like washing the floor mats in the bathrooms). The bedding felt very cheap. Two of the beds only had comforters (not duvets) with no top sheet, which felt a bit icky. No toiletries provided other than hand soap. Just a few simple upgrades would make the property awesome. The location was great and close to everything that we needed.

Disappointed (scam)

I booked this VRBO specifically because of the gym set up in the garage as shown in the pictures. When I arrived they had removed all the weights medicine balls and all the gym equipment except an empty rack. Pretty hard to work out with no weights. Seemed like a bit of a scam to me since they advertised a full gym with all the equipment in the pictures on the listing. Host was also incredibly hostile and then tried to charge me for a whole bunch of extra stuff after I left the property. Avoid this at all costs.

Hi Luc, We’re disappointed with your dishonest review and would like to provide some clarity on the situation. The charges you mentioned, these were applied due to multiple incidents of your pet urinating and defecating on the upstairs carpet, which required professional cleaning services. All communication regarding this matter was handled through VRBO customer support, and the decision was based on the documented damage. We were particularly disappointed, as this is a new townhome, and we felt that our property and policies were not respected. Despite the circumstances and evidence provided, you repeatedly threatened a one-star review, which we found unprofessional. We value all guests and strive to provide a positive experience, but we also expect responsible behavior in return. As for those who seek to host Luc, please be cautious, as he has demonstrated a tendency to leave his pet unattended inside the property, resulting in the animal soiling the interior.

Beautiful Condo, Close to Food and Shopping

We all enjoyed the spacious, modern condo and its proximity to lots of restaurants and shopping. There were a few negatives to our stay. The kitchen amenities were a little sparse (need more dishes, only 1 dish towel, glass stove cracked). Beds were too squishy and we sank into the middle. The bed linens didn't seem very clean. Bathrooms lacked rugs and the towels could use some serious upgrading. The condo is very close to the freeway and a little noisy with the windows open, but earplugs resolved that problem. Overall, I would still recommend this condo and hope the owners will take these suggestions into consideration.
