“El Caracol Del Mar” or “The Seashell” characterizes our guest apartment hideaway, a separate space for you on our residential beach house property only a 5-minute walk to the beach. It’s furnished for a cozy stay in the heart of San Juan and its trendiest beach vibes of “Ocean Park”

Location: Centered in the middle of all San Juan has to offer. You will only be a short UBER ride to Everything. 8 mins from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Walgreens, Walmart, or grocery stores. 12 mins by car to OLD San Juan historic Spanish architecture, 6 mins to “Condado”/ “Isla Verde” hotels, casinos, and clubs, 8 mins to “Santurce’s” local art and nightlife. Fine dining, international and local cuisine, is accessible via UBER or a few different food delivery apps.
The apartment is well-equipped to meet the needs of a traveler. Beach gear is readily available to grab n go. A backyard patio is covered with a canopy for outdoor seating.

Very clean nicely equipped with everything you need! explore the area a lot of things within a short walk including the beach. the bad was amazingly comfortable that’s always our biggest concern and it definitely meets and exceeds expectations!! Looking forward to coming back staying and going on adventures with Terrance

Home away from home
Property was clean and comfortable. Lots of extras in case you forgot to pack something. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, etc. Smart TV with access to all your streaming services. Terrance and Janice are the absolute best hosts. They are also tour operators. We took a fantastic rainforest hike, complete with waterfalls, rope swings, cliff jumping and natural springs. After dark we took a kayak tour to the bioluminescent bay. It was the most amazing experience. Total darkness, under the stars and with each stroke of the paddle, it lit up with bright blue light. Definitely a must do, if you are in Puerto Rico. I recommend the apartment and the hosts highly!

Janice, a local Puertorrican, offers walking tours of Old San Juan, the Rainforest, and snorkeling. We have kayaks and can take you to the bioluminescent bay at night too.
