“El Caracol Del Mar” or “The Seashell” characterizes our guest apartment hideaway, a separate space for you on our residential beach house property only a 5-minute walk to the beach. It’s furnished for a cozy stay in the heart of San Juan and its trendiest beach vibes of “Ocean Park”

Location: Centered in the middle of all San Juan has to offer. You will only be a short UBER ride to Everything. 8 mins from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Walgreens, Walmart, or grocery stores. 12 mins by car to OLD San Juan historic Spanish architecture, 6 mins to “Condado”/ “Isla Verde” hotels, casinos, and clubs, 8 mins to “Santurce’s” local art and nightlife. Fine dining, international and local cuisine, is accessible via UBER or a few different food delivery apps.
The apartment is well-equipped to meet the needs of a traveler. Beach gear is readily available to grab n go. A backyard patio is covered with a canopy for outdoor seating.

Son’s Grad Trip

Husband and son had a great stay! Hosts were very easy to reach & communicate with! good location! All should be advised, electricty matters on the island are often out of the hosts hands, as is rainy weather! Hosts gave them a good stay and offered great tips for the trip!

Great place to stay for a group of friends!

This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and we had the best time ever. It is located in a gated community right next to Ocean Park Beach. The apartment has two beds, a king and a queen, and a sofa bed. It also has a small kitchen and bathroom that fits your everyday needs. It was a very comfortable stay for the four of us and was decorated nicely. Terrance and Janice were very accommodating and friendly, I accidentally left my digital camera in the room and they offered to send it home to me, which was very nice of them. We will definitely stay here again!
