Great location. The place had lots of thoughtful touches. If you like a firm mattress, this place is for you. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels as well as the gated parking.

Perfect studio not too far from all the best of San Juan!

We loved staying here! We felt at home and this place had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Old building but clean and safe

The apartment was very clean. The neighborhood it’s great and right by the ocean. Close to Condado and old SJ! Endless places to eat!

This is the third time I stay at this property, and always enjoy. Great location, very nice apartment, excellent value. I appreciate that the property manager addressed some very minor feedback I provided from my prior stays.

Anniversary getaway

We had a wonderful time here at Ocean Park. The apartment was spotless, bed firm and VERY comfortable. The beach is walking distance and so is the Isla Verde Beach which is one of our favorites from previous visits. What we really enjoyed was the privacy and safety of the neighborhood of Ocean Park. We met a few of the neighbors and they were very friendly and helpful. just a few blocks away you have access to many restaurants and shops.

Great stay, creepy building.

The building was a old and creepy looking. The dim lighting in the hallways didn’t help. All in all the stay was pleasant, although the AC unit made my allergies act up. It probably needs a filter replaced. A lizard also got into our room which was annoying to remove. The windows could use a screen to help with that imo. If the AC wasn’t an issue for my allergies then I’d stay here again. To clarify, I don’t have allergies acting up in most places I visit so this was a notable experience because of that.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay in our apartment. We do clean the AC filters regularly and have the units cleaned and maintained professionally. We've never had a complaint of allergies in before, but sorry you had that experience. The reality of the tropics is that we have little lizards everywhere, it's part of Puerto Rico. Ocean Park stay

This is a great apartment. I come to PR often and always try to stay in Ocean Park neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped. Check-in was a snap. The property manager was very responsive. The only constructive criticism is that the A/C unit is noisy and it takes a bit to get used to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.

Near the beach!

While the condo does not have views, it is so close to the beach, you’ll walk there every day. Getting into the complex late at night was tricky. There are gates that are locked upon nightfall. You need to navigate around them. The condo is quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and folks are very kind and helpful. As for the condo, the size is good for two. The bed is hard, so good for back or belly sleepers. The kitchen had all we needed, but we did not cook. Great Italian restaurant on McCleary near Walgreens. Do try it!

Ocean Park

Great place great location security is good. Is very cozy, closed to eateries and stores, we visited family in our stay so coming to a nice apartment to rest and recharge was excellent for us. Walking distance from the beach 💕Communication was great always available if questions or needs. Thanks for having us it was awesome

Picture is deceiving

Property is located at the far end of gated community. Beach access is several hundred yards away due to beach erosion. The room is ok but the building overall is pretty dingy and old and feels like you are in a low income housing complex. You need to use a key 3 times each time you enter the unit.... front gate, building entrance and unit door. Between that and the tiny and smelly elevator its kind of a pain to go in and out.

Thanks so much for your honest feedback. I was happy to see that you didn't have any comments about our actual apartment. My guess is that you have not been to Puerto Rico before. One of the great things about staying in a private apartment is that you get to experience local life. The building you stayed in is considered quite nice (not low income housing) and I've honestly never experienced the elevator as "smelly". Ocean Park is filled with million dollar+ houses and considered exclusive. The reality in PR is that not every neighbor is wealthy, so properties are mixed. I can assure you that there are families living in the neighboring houses. As far as keys, they are all meant to provide security. Most guests are happy to find that. I'm sorry your experience was not more fulfilling.

Vacation

We loved the condo and it was perfect for what we wanted. Beach is a short walk, there's restaurants close, cleanliness was 10/10. There is a gate to the beach very close to the complex so this is great during the day, however, at night I would recommend driving because they lock all gates but the main entrance and you have to walk around.
