Large country house close to skiing and a multitude of family fun! Great community amenities.
House features indoor hot tub, sauna, ping pong table and gas fireplace. Great for a large family up to 12 people.

Ground floor: Hot tub, Sauna, Ping Pong, 55" Roku smart TV, bathroom.
Main floor: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace, full bathroom.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, heated den/study, full bathroom.

Sleeping arrangements: 3 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. 1 bedroom has queen bed. Den/Study has 2 twin beds. Total 10 people can sleep on beds. We are allowed to have up to 12 people in the house. You can always bring sleeping bags or air mattresses for extra people. All our beds have linens and towels for your stay.

We have upgraded most mattresses to comfortable Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattresses!

We are short 4 min walk to pool (open summer season)

Arrowhead lake is a beautifully maintained private, gated community with 3 heated outdoor pools and snack bars (open summer season), 2 lakes with 4 beaches with playgrounds. Rental Shack with rowboat/canoe/paddle boat/bike rentals (open summer season), fishing, hiking, tennis courts, kids' activities & clubs.
NOTE: Pools are closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day
Year-round activities take place in the community lodge.
We are within 20 minutes of I-380 and I-80.

Prime Pocono Lake location - House is located 15 miles away from skiing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder, 25 min away from Kalahari Resort Indoor Waterpark with Gorilla Grove Treetop Adventures (zipline) and Pocono Raceway. 25 min away from the Camelback Mountain Adventures (tight ropes, zip lines, swinging bridges, cargo nets, rope swings & more) and Camelbeach Water Park. 30 min to Mt. Airy Casino
Near great places to eat: Dominic's Pizza, Murph's Hideaway and Jubilee!

Keep in mind, our community location is somewhat remote, which is perfect for those who want to stay away from city and highway.

We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI.

COMMUNITY FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association; we are unable to waive or discount them.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.
