Grand appartement à, un emplacement FANTASTIQUE IMPRESSIONNANT. L'appartement est situé dans le 6ème arrondissement de Pest entouré de haut de gamme zone commerciale exclusive, théâtres, restaurants, pubs, restaurants, clubs au 3ème étage d'un bâtiment historique. CE est le meilleur emplacement dans la lutte antiparasitaire, il ya beaucoup beaucoup aprtmts du centre-ville, mais le 6ème arrondissement est le meilleur !! Alors, restez avec nous et vous aurez un temps merveilleux!

Récemment rénové, l'appartement est entièrement équipée avec machine à laver dans la salle de bains, lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine, wifi gratuit + ultra climatiseur (must dans un été qui aprtmts plupart ne disposent pas dans BP). Ameublement moderne, télévision à écran LCD. L'appartement donne sur la cour, donc il est extrêmement calme. Vous aurez beaucoup de lumières que l'appartement dispose également des puits de lumière. L'appartement est situé au coeur de Budapest, dans le quartier central sur une rue très calme, mais vous êtes à 1 minute de l'action Budapest a à offrir.

Il est à seulement 1 minute de la célèbre Opera House, et la rue Andrassy. Toutes les attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pied (Grande Synagoge, Basilique, Maison des Terreurs, plusieurs musées, Château). Il est également très proche des boutiques, des magasins, des lieux de fête - bars, pubs en ruine. Il ya un supermarché au coin de notre rue. Bus, métro, tramways, tram sont tous à 1 minute à pied. Restaurants, bars sont à seulement 2 minutes à pied. Des milliers de choses à faire, des restaurants, entourés de boutiques haut de gamme, la vie culturelle, et la riche histoire, des mesures à tous les théâtres, et la vie nocturne. Situé dans un quartier très sûr.
Bon pour les couples et pour ceux qui veulent rester dans 2 chambres séparées, mais nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.

Je peux aussi vous envoyer des recommandations, que faire, voir, où manger, les bons restaurants qui nous entourent, pour ne pas tomber dans le piège à touristes.


Alentours
L'appartement est situé au centre et est très proche de toutes les attractions de Budapest a à offrir. Plusieurs musées, restaurants, bars sont à distance de marche. Supermarchés, centres commerciaux (Western City Centre) par la station de train sont bien situés. Margit Island est à 3 stations par le tramway. Sur l'île, vous trouverez de grandes piscines communales, et d'autres installations sportives. Pour les enfants zoo, parcs d'attractions, cirque sont tous idéalement situé.

Si vous êtes intéressé par le riche passé historique de Budapest, vous pouvez visiter les musées, le château et le Parlement. Par le ferry sur le Danube, vous pouvez visiter les belles villes de la Hongrie, de charme, situés à proximité, comme Szentendre, Visegrad. Vous pouvez même prendre le ferry à destination de Vienne. Vous devriez aussi visiter une des célèbres thermes hongrois artésiens (Szechenyi, Gellert, Rudas) et les spas monde. Nous pouvons également vous recommander des grands types de restaurants hongrois ou d'autres.

Very clean! Excelent position. People friendly. One of the bedroom without much space. Washing machine doesn't suite in the bathroom, not enough space. In rest very good!

Thank you for your comments, happy you enjoyed your stay. We just bought a brand new washer (2018 Jan), and is still in the bathroom. Guests prefer to have a washer to no-washer so we will leave that where it is currently located - in the bathroom, as it does not fit anywhere else. Thank you for staying :)

Spacious, pleasant apartment in great location

The good: Excellent location, comfortable with A/C, plenty of space and full kitchen, generally in excellent condition. Owner responds quickly to email and accommodated early check-in request. Less good: light in one bedroom does not work. Shower head has too large holes for the water flow. Note: 91 steps up the apartment and there is no elevator. Had a great stay, thanks!

Thank you for your stay and review. Glad you enjoyed your stay with us and had a good time in Budapest. I have this one apartment only -don't deal with agents,- you get a 24/7 attention from me. I'd like to address some of the comments. In the advertisement we note and disclose this that the apartment is located in a building with no elevator and that this is a 3rd floor apartment. In the city center of Budapest there are many older -prewar buildings, but very few now with the unique roundaround staircase this building still has. The staircase we have in this building is historical , it has a monument status which is protected by Budapest City. No elevator will be put in this building because the City does not allow to destroy the roundaround circle of the architectural design of the staircase but putting an elevator in the middle of it. Guests at my place can experience real Budapest and a real architectural building with deep history. The staircase is very wide, with very low steps. If the lack of elevator is an issue which is totally understandable, please don't book this apartment as this will not be suitable. Water pressure in the bathroom is a bit low, which has nothing to do with showerhead (we tried many different kinds). It is due to the fact that again the building is older, the pipes are not as wide as in the newer buildings, and the apartment is on the top floor. Having said that, the shower is fully functional, bathtub works. Light in the bedroom: The apartment is extremely sunny, has skylights, windows, 5-6 lights in the living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms are small, each have either a skylight or a window. One of the bedroom had an electrical outlet problem while this guest was there, so there was no light there until we fixed it. But now it works. Please ask questions before booking, if the lack of elevator is an issue , this place is not suitable for you. My prices are very competitive and actually low for this location/apartment with all amenities (VIth district, literally steps to anything) to compensate for the lack of elevator. The apartment itself is very quiet, modern, renovated, with A/C. I thank you for your review again. Timea Igo- owner

The property was in an excellent location in Budapest. Couple of things to be aware of: it is on the fourth floor of winding stairs, so be aware what you pack you have to carry up those stairs. There is a key you have to pick up so if you make a check in time, keep it, as the key opens the door and gives you access to the key code downstairs. There is a washer, but no dryer which is fine, but plan your clothes accordingly as open air drying time is longer. There is an excellent shop called the lions locker across the alley that you can store luggage if you arrive early or leave after check in time. They also have great breakfast and the owner has a great sense of fun. The apartment is excellent and the owner is very easy to work with - very helpful.

Well situated and close to public transportation.

The apartment was located next to the opera house on the 4th floor. No elevator. Evreything was as shown in the description. No major surprises and the location allowed us to walk everywhere in Budapest. Only problem was with the key to the apartment. We were given only one set on arrival and unfortunatly the key to the apartment was not a perfect replica and it took as long as 5 minutes to get it to open the door. I would recommend that the owner provide 2 sets and should ensure that the key works properly. Other than this I would have recommended 5 stars.

Thank you for the feedback. We provide more sets of keys only upon request. For a party of 2 (which is in this case we usally provide one set). The prior guest lost all sets of keys we provided, hence we had to replicate some quickly. We could have happily looked into the problems noted with that particular key, however have not been aware of it, as the guest did not notify us during his stay that he has difficulties opening the door. We are available, respond right away, please notify us of any issues, so we can look into it and rectify it. We want to ensure your stay is pleasant. This is an older building, the lack of elevator is disclosed in the listing. My prices are significantly lower than comparable places in this great neighborhood to compensate for this inconvenience.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est fonctionnel, nous y avons passé 4 nuits au calme. Sa situation est idéale pour découvrir Budapest à pied ou en transport. Quartier dynamique où l'on peut trouver tout selon dont on a besoin. La réactivité de Timea est très appréciable, nous ne chercherons pas un autre endroit si nous devons nous rendre à nouveau à Budapest.

Propriétaire très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Manager ponctuel et très accommodant (aide pour les valises à l'arrivée et au départ étant donné 3e étage, appel d'un taxi... ). Bel appartement, mais un peu à l'étroit. Toutefois, suffisant lorsque le but est de faire des visites et d'utiliser l'appartement seulement pour dormir.

Nous vous remercions de l'examen. L'appartement est petit par US et de la norme canadienne, mais est très fonctionnel. Il a beaucoup de commodités que vous ne trouverez pas dans un appartement Pest normale (airconditioner, wifi, dishwhasher, vaisselle) pour un prix qui peut être battu 40-60euro / jour dans le meilleur quartier de Pest. Cet appartement est très bon rapport qualité-prix et est à l'emplacement fantastique et a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour court et long terme. Nous logés les invités (fourni des instructions supplémentaires sur la façon d'utiliser la machine à laver, en fournissant un détergent à lessive, fourni plusieurs jeux de clés, ont permis à la fois checkin précoce et tardif sans frais supplémentaires) tous les moyens que nous pouvions pendant leur séjour.

Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Nous sommes restés 9 jours dans l'appartement à 4. L'appartement est très bien placé, à 2 min de l'opéra (et de la station de métro) et à 10 min à pied de la place de "Deak Ferenc Ter" gros noeud de correspondance. La rue et l'immeuble sont très calme et l'appartement donne dans la cour intérieur donc aucun bruit de la ville. De plus très bon accueil de timéa qui nous a rservé les taxi pour l’aéroport et nous a donné plein de bons renseignements. A recommander sans hésitations !!! Le seul tout petit défaut de l'appartement puisqu'il faut bien en trouver un, est la table pour manger qui est un peu petite. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Booked this apartment for my boyfriend’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint! Apartment was clean and spacious with enough storage for our needs. This apartment is on the top floor with 91 steps to get to it so not for anyone with mobility issues but was fine for us! Only downside for us was the bottom of the shower curtain was grubby and slightly mouldy apart from that everything was to our needs! Thankyou Timea! :)

Great Place to Get Around City

This location was great as it was very short walk to subway station. It is close to the bar district and easy to get in and out of. Only downside is you have to use the single key to leave and enter, so if you have a two or three person group, you must leave and come back at the same time. Not really an issue for the owner, just a general observation. Overall, was a great place to stay for a few nights in Budapest.

Great Apartment in Budapest

We stayed in this apartment during our vacation to Budapest and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious with two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to enjoy coffee each morning. The location was perfect. We were very close to the Metro, the main train station and the bus stops. There was a great variety of shops and restaurants within close proximity to the apt. There was also a great bakery and market within walking distance. We were on the top floor of the apartment building which means we had to walk up the stairs but it gave us a good workout. Even though we were two blocks away from the main street, it was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to family and friends.

Piso IDEAL para una escapada

Nos alojamos tres noches en el apartamento y lo encontramos acogedor, limpio y disponía de muchos utensilios de cocina. Se encontraba en una zona céntrica rodeada de servicios, sobretodo restaurantes y bares. Aún así el apartamento era muy silencioso, y durante la noche mantenía el calor del día. ¡Lo recomendamos!

Only two bath towels in the entire apartment (no face. hand or kitchen towels). The bath mat didn't seem clean. If you have a rental car, this is NOT the place to stay. Also, this is a fourth story walkup.

Great location

Cute apartment and clean. Quiet neighborhood and building. This is great feature as the main streets can get very busy and noisy at night. Just a few suggestions. Would be nice to have a full length mirror, some bathroom hooks and instruction on how to work the tv. Shower is a bit leaky but nothing too troublesome. This is a very simple comfortable flat with small bedrooms, AC and great kitchen and washing machine (didn’t use it). It is a 3 floor walk up and has a nice terrace. Owner and/or manager was very responsive and met us on time. I would recommend.

If location is what you are seeking, this is the place. It is near many restaurants. There is a grocery store at the end of the street. 10 minutes and you are at the Budapest eye. You are also right down the street from Andrassy ut.

Great to place to stay in the center of Budapest!

Very much liked staying at this property. Great location...we came to Budapest for a family wedding and the location was close by to all the places we needed to be including St. Stephen's Basilica, Budapest Sky, Prestige Hotel, Andrassi Ave and the Opera House. Found good walking areas, places to eat and a park for our 9 year old twins girls to play steps away from the property. The property itself was fine for our needs. Our girls had fun counting the number of steps up to the apartment...remember to turn on the staircase lights in the evening. Timea, the property manager, was especially helpful in responding quickly to all of our questions and arranged for transportation to and from the Budapest airport...with a very early departure from the property when we were leaving Hungary. Zsaslo met us at the property and could not have been more helpful!

Great Location and Great Customer Service!

Apartment is located within a 3 minute walk from the Budapest Opera House, a short walk to Saint Stephen's Bascillica and even within walking distance to several thermal baths, Margaret Island and Buda Castle District. The apartment has two bedrooms, air conditioning, high ceilings and sky lights all making it feel spacious, bright and comfortable. The building is well secured and the steps to the four floor were not a problem as others had indicated. One great recommendation from the owner was to store our luggage across the street at Lion's Locker prior to check-in. They have great Budapest breakfast and can even order taxi to airport. Only problem we encountered was that apartment was not ready upon arrival at check-in time. However, Timea (owner), even from distance, was able to rectify the situation to have cleaners come and towels delivered. We would definitely consider returning to this spacious apartment on our next visit to Budapest!

We loved the apartment its location is perfect. Literally 30seconds walk to the Operahouse. Very quiet, calm, clean and well maintained. The description / photos are accurate as per listing. Actually it looks much better, it has high ceilings, so seems more spacious. We found everything we needed, very well stocked kitchen in terms of dishes/plates/utensils, small appliances. They have everything, washer, hairdryer etc. Host is very responsive, and friendly, and provided answers quickly. We really had a good time here, and we will return ! For this price it really is a steal. I would highly recommend

Perfect location but apartment not on high standard

Very good location close to Opera Metro station and tram lines. Cafés, bars, restaurants and a small supermarket in close walking distance. Apartment is fully equipped but not on high/western standard. Pictures look better than the real feeling is. We stayed with 4 people but the second "bed" was a sleeping couch. People with walking difficulties might have difficulties as you have to climb many stairs to get to the third floor. Our contact person was very friendly, replied quickly and provided many helpful recommendations in advance to the arrival. All in all a recommendation for people who like to go out a lot and mostly use the apartment to stay at night.

Thank you for your comments. The apartment is very functional and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Given the price point we offer, which is much lower than apartments of comparable size, and same location the apartment offers great value. I also significantly lower the price because of the lack of elevator, which is stated in my advertisement. The apartment is very clean, super functional, has all amenities, very quiet and is in the best neighborhood. It is somewhat of a misguided comparison to compare a budget apartment to amenities offered by others where the nightly price is double or triple of what we charge. For this price we cannot and will not offer the same amenities as a lux apartment. Hope you enjoyed your stay.

Lage/Ausstattung/Sauberkeit

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt, dennoch sehr sehr ruhig, da zu einem abgeschlossenen Innenhof in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus gelegen. An die Sicherungsmechanismen der Wohnung muss man sich gewöhnen. Es hat gewisse Ähnlichkeit mit "Fort Knox" ;-) Wohnung gut ausgestattet, gemütlich, hell und geräumig. Alles da, was man brauchte. Die verfügbaren Handtücher waren vergilbt mit Stockflecken - hier empfiehlt es sich, eigene mitzubringen. Wir haben sie gewaschen, dank Waschmaschine. Die Sauberkeit generell ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, war aber noch innerhalb unserer persönlichen Toleranz. Lage am Rande des jüdischen Viertels optimal. Wir haben alles zu Fuss gemacht. Wer diese Wohnung mietet, muss sich an das Treppensteigen gewöhnen.

Lived and worked in Pest for a long time. My brother and I purchased this apartment and we loved living here. But I got a great career opportunity and moved to New York a few years ago. My brother still lives in Hungary, and he manages the place. He also moved due to his growing family but we kept this small apartment due to mostly sentimental reasons. We only have this 1 apartment that we rent out, therefore you are gonna be hosted by owners, we don't deal with any real agents. Great location, great neighborhood, great people around the area.

The apartment is located in the middle of Pest, so you're close to all the action, yet it's extremely quiet, because it's facing the courtyard, as opposed to the street, although the street is nice and quiet. Also, it is located on the top floor of a historic building, and it has unique ceiling windows, in addition to the regular windows, as such the apartment is very sunny, it gets a lot of light. All my guests and we love this unique feature.
