Boccattos est à 2 portes, un marché familial / épicerie fine, c'est juste au coin de Long Fellow pour une bouteille de vin de dernière minute ou un mélange de gaufres pour le matin. Le North End Restaurant / Bar est un endroit idéal pour un bonnet de nuit ou boire un jour, connu sous le nom de

Most healing and relaxing stay!

This place is exceptional! I was looking for a charming and peaceful place by the water to reset after a rough few years and Bibi offers this and much more! First of all, the location literally could not be better. You can see the ocean and also hear the waves at night. It is sheer perfection! Although very quiet, you are still right in the mix in terms of convenience and access. You have anything you could need within a short walk. Bibi is the most gracious and attentive host. I was having an issue with the dishwasher and within a few days there was brand new one installed! Can't say enough good things about my stay. I was sad to say goodbye!

Beatiful apartment, great location!

Had a wonderful month long stay at this rental! Bebe was so thoughtful and kind. The unit was so cute! We loved the very short walk to the strand and beach. It was a wonderful month.

Perfection on the Beach

We stay in many short vacation rentals and this has been the best experience. This precious home is in the most perfect location in the Hermosa/Manhattan Beach area. It is right in the middle of both areas. The beach is a two minute walk and you’re on the sand. We were there for almost a month and did not need a car. We walked and rode the bikes provided on site all at round the area. Kelly is an incredible host! She provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards and all! We can’t wait to come back to the beach and we will absolutely stay in Kelly’s place….perfection on the beach!

Great location

The proximity to the beach and location between MB and Hermosa were superb and were the best things about the property as far as we were concerned. Araceli, the owner, was friendly and easy to interact with. The apartment itself was not luxurious, but was comfortable for the two of us. We did not find the outdoor space enticing. All and all we had an enjoyable one month stay.

Amazing month at the beach

Bibi’s place in Hermosa beach checked all my boxes - dog friendly, less than a block to strand/beach, bikes available, AC, near many restaurants and garage so I booked it! I stayed a month from early August to early September and just worked remote during the week and had different friends visiting each weekend! The place is very comfortable and cozy and me and my little dog felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable and Bibi was an excellent host - available if needed but otherwise out of sight. Loved everything about my stay!

A real gem!

Bibi's place is a real gem. The cute little apartment is decorated tastefully with a cozy feel. It is situated in beautiful North Hermosa Beach, just a minute walk to the pristine and vast beaches. The cross breeze from the place was wonderful. We left the window open and didn't need the a/c. Only on the weekends did the beach not feel like it was practically our own. The location can't be beat. We took nightly walks along the Strand. There is also a bike path right there before the beach. Her place is half way between the Manhattan Beach Pier and the Hermosa Beach Pier. The little gourmet grocery is a 30 second walk and came in handy for the items we needed on the fly. We shopped at Ralph's for most items, only a 5-10 minute car ride away. We love to cook and we found her kitchen well-equipped. I bought a new salad spinner though since the place didn't have one. The appliance were new and clean. The kitchen bar was great for breakfast but we used the patio downstairs for dinners and planned meals. We also used the scrabble game and enjoyed the little library. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella were also much appreciated. For any questions Bibi was just a text away. She responded kindly and promptly. The patio down stairs was lovely, as the shrubs and plants give it a Mediterranean feel. My only complaint is that sometimes the odor from her dog's droppings permeated to our side of the patio. I felt though that she did address this issue as best she could. I would definitely rent this place again. A little slice of paradise indeed!

My beach vacation

This home was the perfect size for me . I was mostly there alone, but had family there part of the time. - 2 little dogs visiting also. Smal, but perfect size for 2 couples and 2 small dogs. The gated downstairs area was good for the dogs. It could have been sunnier for me. Close to the beach, but surrounded by houses in an alley. There is one bathroom in the house between the bedrooms.- small. The other bathroom is in the garage- not usefull as a second bathroom, but nice for bathroom needs when on the beach. The bathroom is the alley entrance to the house. Very clean and beach. Owner very accessible for things needing to be fixed or questions.

Amazing experience

The property is clean, well located and has all that you need. Having Boccatto nearby was very convenient. We enjoy riding bicycle in the strand in the afternoons. The beach is 1 minute walking from the property. Arceli was amazing and took care of all our needs. I love this place.

Great Stay in a Great Location

Had a wonderful time in Hermosa Beach staying at this lovely property. Small but clean and very cute! The location was perfect....one block from the strand and beach in a great neighborhood. Walking distance from shops in Manhattan Beach and many other destinations. Bibi was very friendly and accessible. We hope to be back next year!

Comfortable Stay Close to Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Hermosa Beach. The apartment is very clean and comfortable for a couple or a small family. Many beach amenities available and just 2 minute walk to the Strand. It was great to get into the SoCal sunshine first thing in the morning and take walk on beach! Easy to get to Manhattan Beach or Hermosa piers, restaurants, and shops on foot. Enjoyed covered garage parking downstairs when car needed. Very impressed with kitchen amenities since I frequently prepare my own meals. Lots of restaurant or delivery options if you don't cook. There are 2 bathrooms but one requires you to go outside and downstairs to garage. We did not use it. For just my husband and I the one bathroom worked out. In summer the downstairs bathroom would be handy for rinse off after swimmimg. Great to have laundry facilities. Bibi was very responsive to communication. There is a lot of construction going on all over HB and Manhattan Beach. We did not find it to be an issue because we were out and about doing things and workers were gone when we returned. Overall we were happy with our decision to stay at Bibis' apartment and would recommend. The reason for our visit was to see our family in MB and it worked out perfect for us.

Awesome Location and Host

Bibi’s 2 bedroom apartment was clean, cozy, convenient, and had every amenity we were looking for. The location is stellar - just a few steps from the beach and a ten minute walk to either pier. Bibi was always quick to respond and very accommodating during our stay!

LOVE THIS BEACH HOUSE

Waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach . The beds were so comfortable and clean . Really feels like home with all the amenities we have at home . Every day was a new adventure, the owner provided bikes , we rode to the end of the strand / board walk and back . We stopped along the way and had lunch . We are planning on coming back before the end of summer . I really recommend this house , it's perfectly located in the center of both beach Piers, shops & restaurants .

Lovely, perfect beach house!

My husband and I just left this lovely home after staying for 7 weeks. It was perfect for us. The area is safe and very quiet ( not to mention, the homes on the Strand are Amazing!) It was a block from the beach where we watched beautiful sunsets. I walked on the Strand every day (the home is between the Hermosa and Manhatten Beach piers). Boccatos market is just around the corner. I could pick up fresh meats and veggies or they have wonderful sandwiches. You don't need a car but there is garage parking. Also, there is a new washer and dryer available. The interior is up to date, very clean and super comfortable. We will stay here again!

Great Location

This home was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and just anything you would need. Owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great. It was one block from the ocean and midway between Hermosa Beach and Manhattan. Our favorite restaurant was Martha's 22nd Street Grill. Nothing like sitting outside and eating a delicious meal. I would recommend this home.

Best host ever!

Loved this beach house! The location is perfect and the furnishings are as pretty as the pictures! Having a garage and a/c was a definite bonus. The host was very helpful in recommending places to go and things to see/do and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved being able to hear the ocean at night. Will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING BEACH WEEKEND GETAWAY

We stayed at this this amazing beach house four consecutive years and we are planning to be back again. My wife and our two boys enjoyed every minute at the house. Araceli is so kind and always made us feel like we are home. The location is excellent and the house is so beautiful, well maintained, clean and the air conditioning saved our life's on the hottest weekend on record in Hermosa Beach. We are looking forward to be back.

The best beach rental in Hermosa Beach

We just returned from our our beach trip in Hermosa/Manhattan Beach and must say this beach house made our trip. The beach house is layed out perfectly and it accomodated our party of four perfect. Everything from the living room to the kitchen is decorated fantastic. You are only a short distance to the beach and can hear the waves crash nightly. The rental is fully equiped from beach toys to bikes so you can literally leave the car parked and ride bikes everywhere. The owner is a doll and very helpful with anything you need. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable, nicely decorated, cozy apartment

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children for several weeks. There is not a lot of square footage, but the owner has very thoughtfully made use of every inch of space. The full kitchen had everything we needed. The decor is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The garage is a huge benefit in a town were parking isn't always easy. I highly recommend this property.

HIDDEN GEM OF HERMOSA BEACH

My family of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids ages 6 & 2.5) stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect! Not only do you get a safe, enclosed garage space that just fit our Honda Pilot, but you get the beach just a short stroll down the street. Sand toys, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas were readily available. The property itself is beautifully decorated - contemporary beach cottage. The Jack and Jill bathroom was perfect for us and felt spacious. It is a well designed space. The open kitchen living room area is great. There is a large breakfast bar with comfy high backed bar stools. New appliances and very clean! We had fantastic sandwiches from the deli/market around the corner and some tasty nachos from the Mexican place across the street. I honestly don't want people to find out about this rental because it is so wonderful! The owner even left us a lovely bottle of wine and was extremely accommodating. We were so comfortable here that my youngest wanted us to buy it. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

By Far The Best Birthday Experience Getaway

Words cannot justify the experience i had while staying at this beach house. The idea of a California coast getaway exists and it begins in Hermosa beach. The soothing waves that crash while you fall asleep are enough information to express the distance from the ocean. Adventure and entertainment is at arms reach, should you feel shy from stretching, Bibi will go beyond accommodations to fulfill your touristic curiosities. Her advice and knowledge of the city puts any internet application to shame. The contemporary decor within the beach house delivers a high-tech environment which is easily complimented with a modern approach. Jealousy and envy is definitely included from everyones daily responsibilities, but this home delivers the accent missing from the vacation anyone is in thoughts of planning. STOP searching and START reserving, THIS is where YOU want to stay. To be fair and just, the only negative comment that should be highlighted is that at some point, the vacation is over.

Great Place!

This was a lovely place to stay. The decorating was beautiful and our stay was very comfortable. Great location between Hermosa and Manhattan Beaches with a short walk to the ocean. Owner was very nice and helpful. We liked the convenience of a washer and dryer along with bicycles for riding. One of our favorite restaurants was Martha's 22nd Street Grill. The food was very good. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed two months, hated to leave

We agree with all the positive comments from other reviewers about the location, the owner, the decorating. The inside was re-done within the last year and clearly it is a source of pride for owner to be able to offer such a pleasant living experience so close to the water. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was especially nice being approx midway between the Manhattan and Hermosa piers, thus only a 15-minute or less walk either way. Great restaurants all over. Need to be very careful w/ second car in garage, although it is doable, and the fifth person makes the apartment start to feel crowded.
