Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Guests will park in the main driveway of the main residence and go through the gate (private entrance) on the left side of the house to reach the guest house. On the other side of the fence, this area is fully fenced in for privacy. The parking is located outside the fenced area and guests must walk about 40 feet on a boardwalk to get to the door.

The entrance door opens in the kitchen area and to the right, there is the small dining area/living room space. At the very end of the house, you have the bedroom which has a door. It is basically like a one-bedroom apartment with your own backyard. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more guests. Since we live in the country and have well water, the kitchen includes a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you won't have to carry bottles of water. The water tastes what water should taste: nothing! Guests will have to sign a rental agreement and have a damage deposit on file.
