Escape city life with your dog and experience the serene grandeur of Forestville's most magnificent trees, with this custom-built home located in a redwood forest, only 10 min drive from Guerneville! Find peace and serenity as you walk through the open floor plan, that provides dramatic natural light and private views. This home features 3 nice-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large den to bring friends and family together for a game or movie night, a large putting green, a fire pit, and a hot tub. It is located close to Sunset and Steelhead Beach.

The space
This is a brand-new listing and all the listing photos were taken when it was staged for sale. New photos will be posted shortly and it is being furnished in a similar fashion to those in the listing.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and will have self-check-in.

Other things to note
DOG POLICY: We allow for up to 2 house-trained dogs, each no larger than 55lbs. We charge a pet cleaning fee of $100 PER dog and require a pet contract to be signed before your stay. After you book we will send you a confirmation message. Just click on the Experiences link to purchase the dog stay (this must be done before your stay).


Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.

In the tree tops

Lovely home, well stocked. Perfect for 3 couples. Enjoyed the decks, firepit, putting range, and living room areas. The location is very convenient to more wineries than you could possibly visit, and many great restaurants. Would stay again.

Everything I expected and more

The house was airy and very comfortable. The kinds of comfort you would have for your own home. With commanding views of the glorious redwoods. The yard was filled with meandering paths and spectacular outdoor sitting/dinning areas. On top of all that was a sense of peace and quiet. Definitely worth a return visit.

Absolutely beautiful!

Our stay was perfect. Upon arrival the house was impeccably clean and all the prearrangements were on-par. We got the charcuterie board and it was fantastic. The house was perfect for us in every way. We had no issues whatsoever and are already planning our next trip. I’ve never seen a more beautiful back yard space in my life. The owners take very good care of this home and it shows. Everything worked. The hot tub was nice and hot, all appliances, lights, heat, etc worked perfectly. Communication was excellent between us and the caretakers. I give this home a perfect score in every category. Thank you for everything!

Amazing stay!

What a gem- my wife, newborn, dog, and I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely fantastic. From the hot tub, beautifully terraced gardens, to the immaculate inside of the house, everything was top-notch. We truly enjoyed our stay, as clearly a lot of thought and time went into this property. Our favorite was eating a meal, having coffee, (or having an adult beverage) in the Adirondack chairs on the outside patio by the kitchen looking out towards the redwoods. Can’t beat that. The putting green was a hit as well. Also, small detail, best welcome book I’ve seen whilst staying somewhere- nicely done and super informative. To end, highly recommend and definitely contributed to our relaxing stay up in wine country! Thank you!
