Heart of Wine Country, Cute Cottage w/Hot Tub

This little oasis is backed into a quiet creek. It's centrally located, walking distance to downtown, where you can visit charming boutiques, wine tasting rooms and award-winning local restaurants. It is a short drive to Healdsburg, wineries, Russian River brewery and a beautiful golf course. Enjoy a stroll at the local Farmers markets every Sunday and live concert music every Thursday summer nights. Come relax in the hot tub under the stars or enjoy a cup of coffee on the beautiful deck. This property is pet friendly. We love pets and are happy to welcome yours! There is a small pet fee of $50 to help cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Maximum 2 pets per stay.

Pleasant stay for weekend

Nice place to stay for a weekend. Clean and well equipped. We didn't use the hot tub so can't speak to that.

Overall good

The property was clean and as stated. The neighbors are close. The outside deck and cushions are getting a bit worn. We did enjoy our short stay.

Not within walking distance to Windsor

Home was very clean and well stocked with needed supplies. We chose this particular property because it was advertised as “within walking distance” to Windsor and local restaurants. It’s actually about a mile away. While possible, not ideal for walking to downtown. Home is actually located in a densely populated residential neighborhood.

Fantastic property in Windsor

This property is one of the nicest we have stayed in as a short term rental. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but I suspect in the summer, it would be a great place to hang out. The home is larger on the inside than I expected. We didn't walk to town because the weather, but it seemed like it would have been a short walk. The neighborhood it is in has a fair number of cars parked on the street, which seemed odd, but the area still felt safe.

Great Stay

My friends and I had a great stay. Property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the house was located close to so many wineries and restaurants. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen could use a wine opener. We can’t wait to come back!

Great, convenient spot

We did a short visit over the new year holiday, went wine tasting and into Healdsburg for dinner. Lyft rides were abound and the home was a great landing spot for us. We enjoyed a dip in the hot tub and the gas fireplace was lovely.

Wonderful

Great location! Close to downtown Windsor. Clean and well decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Great communication from owner. Walked the neighborhood, so adorable. Highly recommend. Hope to stay again.

Cute and cozy

Great place to stay in Windsor. Very clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and beautiful wine glasses to enjoy the wine we picked up at the wineries. Close to town.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Kelly’s Windsor, CA home. The home was exactly as pictured and described. Kelly was a very helpful host. The house was comfortable, clean and in a great area for our group (age range 3 to 76). I would recommend Kelly’s home!

Great place to stay close to Windsor and Healdsburg

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. It was a bit warm (during a heat wave) when we arrived but was great to have AC to cool the house down quickly. The host let us check-in early which was super helpful, thank you! It was also super close to where we were going in Healdsburg. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks!

Wine Country Overnight

Loved our stay at the Cottage. It was perfect for our group of 5. Just as pictured, cute, clean and comfy. The location was perfect for this quick trip, wish we could've stayed longer. Kelly was a great host. Windsor is a really cute town! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Respite

Charming home close to wine country

Kelly’s place was perfect for our girls weekend trip to wineries in Healdsburg! It was clean, accurately described, and easy to get Ubers from to go to wineries.

Great Getaway

Very clean and cute house. The backyard was adorable and the hot tub was soooo nice. It's also a fairly short walk to the downtown so easy to get to a restaurant or a wine tasting without driving. And dog friendly which is so appreciated.
