RARE Three Bedroom Lovely Passage Point Condo!!

Passage Point Condos are a great choice for your next vacation to Copper Mountain. The building has a very convenient location in Copper's Center Village close to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts, not to mention plenty of shops and restaurants in the village to peruse when you take a break from skiing. The building comes with a host of amenities for comfort and convenience that will make for an enjoyable stay from an underground, heated parking garage (one car allowed per condo unit) to building elevators to bring up all your stuff, 3 common outdoor hot tubs to relax in after a tiring day on the mountain, a fitness/excercise room to keep you sharp, ski lockers on the ground floor to store your gear and shuttle stops for other resort locations right outside your door.

Unit 405 is a rare, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that has been recently updated. It comes complete with a fully stocked, modern kitchen, plenty of space to lounge around the large smart TV in the living area, dining area with seats for 6 plus 3 more at the breakfast bar. There is high-speed internet for your viewing and working pleasure, a gas fireplace to keep you toasty warm on those cold winter nights, private washer and dryer in the condo and last but not least, great views of Copper Mountain Ski Resort from the balcony. You will find a King bed in the master bedroom with large smart TV and en-suite bath, a Queen bed in the second bedroom again with large smart TV and en-suite bath as well as a Captain's Bunk (Twin over Full) in the third bedroom which includes another large smart TV. Please note: This property comes with one parking space in the attached garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the North Alpine Lot for $20 per night.

Christmas Ski Trip at Passage Point

The condo layout and location was great for our family. 2 adults and our 3 kids 18, 15, 13. Everyone had enough space and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was great. Short walk to the chairlifts, shopping, restaurants and the pools were close and conveniently located

Spring break in Copper

We cannot say enough good things about our stay here! The unit was beautifully updated with all the amenities you could need. We had access to ski lockers but the unit also had ski storage. We had a minor washing machine issue and management came out right away to fix the issue (and brings more towels). Walkable to slopes, restaurants and shops. Loved it!

In the Heart of Central Village

Everything was close to this property (Passage Point is kind of a "gateway" to the center village). Shops, restaurants, and the lifts are easily accessed. Our stay was during the summer, so things were pretty quiet. The things we enjoyed (biking, hiking, etc.) were not crowded, so that was very pleasant. Condo had practically everything we wanted (only wish there was capacity for grilling out). We plan on a return visit next summer!

Great location and plenty of space!

Passage Point was a great location in Center Village (very close to the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts, and just steps away from the shuttle to reach the other villages). The condo was spacious and very comfortable for our group. Also great to have a spot in the parking garage. Will definitely rent this condo again!! Only negative was having to check-in/-out in Frisco and not at the property. Not a big deal and super easy, but worth pointing out.

First, the communication with Management Company was excellent, they responded to all our questions and needs in a timely manner - thank you! Second, the view from the condo was excellent as you could see the slopes from every room. We loved everything about Passage Point from the parking garage to the ski lockers on prem, to the short walk down to the ski lifts, and the slopes were great! We are already discussing our ski trip for 2025 and this one will be on the top of our list to revisit soon.

Family ski trip

This was a wonderful 3BR/ 3Ba condo for our family of 8! This was the first time we tried a ski trip as a big family- 2 pre-teen/teen daughters, 2 adult daughters and their spouses. The main space was lovely for family time. Great access to mountain for those that ski/ great access to have a lunch break in the condo. We were able to maximize our ski time and save money on meals by dining in the condo. Great amount of dishes/ drinkware/ cookware in condo to dine in. Also great access to heated garage, hot tub and heated pool. We would definitely love to stay here again!

A Copper Mountain Thanksgiving Delight

Our recent stay at this Passage Point condo in Copper Mountain, CO, was nothing short of magical! The renovated space exuded modern, yet rustic charm and comfort, providing a beautiful backdrop for our week at Copper Mountain & Thanksgiving celebration. The panoramic views of the village and mountains were simply breathtaking, adding an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Mornings with coffee and evenings spent admiring the scenery became cherished moments. The well-appointed kitchen was a delight for our Thanksgiving feast, equipped with everything we needed. Cooking together was a joy, thanks to the great layout and all amenities necessary. After adventurous days either on the slopes, hiking or exploring nearby towns, the cozy living room, complete with a warm gas-burning fireplace, became our retreat. It was the perfect spot to unwind, share stories, and enjoy quality time with family. This condo unit exceeded our expectations in every way. From the stylish renovation to the spectacular views, well-equipped kitchen, and inviting living space, it created the perfect setting for a memorable holiday. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful mountain retreat in Copper Mountain! Kudos to the owners for crafting such a wonderful getaway spot.
