Excellent Winter Getaway
My SO and I came into town for a some late season skiing and snowboarding. The property was exactly what we wanted and exceeded expectations. The views from the patio and hot tub were spectacular and the interior had everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this property.

Exceptional Mountain Getaway
This was a last minute booking and it could not have been more perfect. So serene, so quiet, so close to everything. What an Incredibly responsive owner, incredible furnishings and very high quality beds, linens and overall accommodations. I would rent this property again a million times over.

Family ski trip
My family of 5 loved this house. The house is large enough so that everyone had there own space. We used the extra family/tv room a lot. Enjoyed the the hot tub every day after skiing. Great views. Fully stocked kitchen. Responsive owner. Close to Park City and Deer Valley. Would love to stay again.

Sundance Ski Trip
I've rented homes and condos across the country. This property and the management team were excellent. All communication was timely and provided everything we needed to know. The home has amazing views, ample space for two families and much higher end finishes than you will get at the base of the resort for this price point. The furniture and bedding is actually comfortable . The drive to Park City was easy and quick and the private hot tub is a must.

The house itself, and the location were great, and as advertised. Extra points for an excellent hot tub and abundant towels.
Management needs to up their game a bit. An information sheet would've been helpful. Examples: Where was the garage remote? How to operate the TV and its input? Several routine supplies were lacking (dishwasher soap, extra garbage bags) or in short supply (hand soap).
Management was VERY responsive and helpful, except on Sunday, when they couldn't be reached.
Overall, it was a fine place to stay, and I'd be happy to return.

Beautiful townhome and location, some work needed
This was a beautiful place to stay in the heart of everything you need. It’s on the top of a hill so the views are beautiful. We struggled with having the heat work- so we didn’t have heat for over half the week. Compensation wasn’t very much and I was bummed about that. It was cold, as we stayed in the winter. The dryer also would quit most of the time after A few minutes saying the vent was clogged. We called in about these things and someone tried to fix the vent. Heating and cooling were called finally after a few days and the furnace was broke. The kitchen could use a few more appliances- like a blender. The knives were dangerously dull. Need some spruce up with kitchen utensils. I let them know. The townhome has plenty of space and a beautiful office to use. Hot tub was magical in the winter. The two fireplaces were as well. My favorite was the geothermal floors in the master bath. It made a cold day warm. I would stay here again if things were in more working order.

We we’re in Park City for business and chose this property due to its convenient location. It is easy to get to the interstate for access to Salt Lake City or anything in Park City. There are nice walking trails right out the back door and it has a lovely view. The townhouse is spacious however the oversized furniture makes it feel very small. The photo does not portray the actual living space as it is very tight due to the size of the furniture. The kitchen is adequately stocked. They were missing many knives for meal preparation, but the Blue Swell property managers brought a new knife block which was fully stocked. It really made a difference as we cook every day. The master bath has heated floors and that is a nice benefit as the temperatures changed dramatically in one day and it is always a nice feature. Overall this property is a good value if you do not have a large party as in my opinion it would be very crowded and hard to move around due to the furniture size. Thank you Blue Swell for your timely response to our maintenance requests. The management company was professional and courteous.

Overall, we were very disappointed with this property. Furnishings throughout the entire condo were deplorable--oversized and very outdated. The AC was not working when we arrived on Monday and was not fixed until Saturday--needed new AC unit and complete rewiring for the AC to work both upstairs and downstairs. The road noise from the Kamas highway prevented us from opening doors or windows during our entire stay. The 1 car garage was dirty and very musty and could not be properly cleaned due to no water outlet in front of condo--filthy mats had to be taken outside due to the strong musty odor. On a somewhat positive note, the kitchen was well stocked and the showers were very acceptable. Beds and bedding need to be upgraded. The outside grill was filthy when we arrived and needed a major cleaning, which we had to do before using. Communications with Tony were very good initially, however, he did not answer text messages or return calls as we were preparing to depart--very disappointing as he was very supportive initially--made some promises he did not honor.

Pictures are accurate
This is a nice property and it has beautiful views. It was so nice to be able to spread out as a group. There is two family areas which was really nice. There is too much furniture for the spaces, which made it tight, but it was comfortable. We were constantly worried about running into things and had to make sure our daughter didn't touch stuff. We really liked the downstairs couch and TV's, and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. The value for the money was exceptional. The rental company stays in constant communication with you, sending texts and information. That can be good or annoying depending on what you prefer. Overall, we had a nice time and would stay here again.

Great place. Terrible property management!
Property is as pictured and as it is described. Lovely home. Equipped with everything you may need. However, Blue Swell, the property manager, failed to resolve several problems that they created. Outside construction maitainence worked all day on property without warning during our stay. That day the security code was changed without warning, so the house/security alarm went off when we opened the door and could not be turned off. After calling Blue Swell, they eventually shut it off remotely. This did not stop the Deputy Sheriff from arriving to investigate and speak with us. Blue Swell was slow to respond to these issues and took the position they were not at fault in any way. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. We will not stay at a Blue Swell property again. I hope the owners of this lovely home hire new management.
