Family friendly luxury townhome, one block from beach. 3 beds/3 baths allows 8 guests to sleep comfortably. Tastefully decorated with comfortable amenities to ensure guest comfort and enjoyment. Guests enjoy the luxury memory foam mattresses which provide an enjoyable, comfortable sleep. The leather couch, loveseat and chair are provided for your enjoyment and comfort. Enjoy our in-home entertainment including our 75âsmart TVâ in the living area, 65" smart TV in the Master bedroom and 55â Smart TV in the third bedroom. Our home is located in a gated community where you feel safe and secure. Our home is perfect for family get togethers, girls trips, or a relaxing gulf stay. We are close to a variety of adult and childrenâs attractions. Walk to the beach, enjoy our on-site community pool, the charcoal grill, or cooking in our stocked luxury kitchen.
Conveniently located to the beach, dining, casinos, outlet shopping, the aquarium, childrenâs museum, the convention center, and Jones Park. Ship excursionâs are nearby too! Guest occupancy may not exceed 8 guests at all times. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure compliance of safety codes. When counting guestâs, please includes all adults, children, and infants. Smoking is not allowed in our home. A $500 fine will be imposed to guests who violate this policy. If smoking on the front porch, or in our patio area, please shut the door so smoke does not linger inside the home. No parties are allowed. Our community has a noise ordinance with quite hours between 10pm-7am. Guests who violate the policy will be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued for violations to house rules. No pets are allowed.

Hello! I am an experienced host who enjoys providing a nice home in a safe, gated community. My home is newly renovated with updates you will enjoy. Guests tell me they feel at home as it is very inviting and cozy. This hidden gem in located in Gulfport and is very close to Biloxi. I am looking forward to making the booking process as enjoyable and easy as possible. I would love to work with you annd would be grateful if you allow me to be your host!
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Our home is a block away from sandy beaches in a private, gated community with onsite pool. Close to the airport, dining, shopping, casinos, golf, and so much more. There are so many things for adults and children to do.
After buying my home, I redesigned my home to make it more luxurious and comfortable for my guests. Guests can enjoy watching TV in the living room on the 70" smart TV and Sonos system. The Master Bedroom has a 65" Smart TV. The other bedrooms have their own TV as well.
We have a luxury kitchen that was recently updated and it is well stocked! We have quartz countertops, a stainless-steel dishwasher, sink, oven with air fryer, and a luxury refrigerator. You can enjoy cooking on the charcoal grill which is located in the back of the house in our outdoor covered patio. This will allow you to stay dry when rain makes it to our area.
A highchair is available for your use. We also have a beach wagon, towels, beach chairs a beach bag, an umbrella, and beach toys for the children to enjoy.
The townhome is spacious having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. You have the entire home to yourself and each room and area is nice and spacious. You will find the following upon arrival:
Bedroom #1-Upstairs, Master Bedroom, King size bed, built in bunk beds, walk-in closet with an attached full bath.
Bedroom #2-Upstairs, King size bed, dresser, nice closet, and an attached full bath.
Bedroom #3-Downstairs, Queen size bed with a closet and a full bath 6 steps across the hall.
A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, towels, hand soap, shampoo, and cleaning supplies are also available for your convenience.

My updated home is spacious yet cozy, and feels like home. Tastefully decorated with nice mattress so you will sleep comfortably! Enjoy the spacious open concept of the kitchen and living area. You can walk to the beach or drive to the beach if desired. (Parking by beach available) Enjoy the on-site pool. I have floated, pool toys. And towels available to use. When going to the beach, i provide a beach wagon, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Beach toys are also provided for the children.
if you have small children, there is a high chair, board games, books, etc., for your childrenâs entertainment.
