Welcome yourself to this spacious FULLY Renovated 3 BR 3 BATH townhouse. There is also a sofa bed with a queen memory foam mattress with extra thick mattress pad. Downstairs bed has a memory foam queen bed. Back door opens up to a spacious back yard with privacy fence and covered grilling area. We have a Weber grill, bar, and covered seating. Upstairs master bedroom / full master bath has a large walk in closet, and a luxurious memory foam king bed. A desk and dedicated work space with coffee bar is also there. In addition a 3 game table with air hockey and pool is located in the nook of the MBR. From the master a balcony door opens to your own private sitting area where you can enjoy sunrise with a cup of coffee or sunset with a glass of wine. Third bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress. The kitchen has been completely remodeled With the very best stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer are full size with steam and sanitizing capability. We have excellent house keepers that clean and disinfect to the highest standard. Bring the whole family to this peaceful place to stay. We are located on a quiet private cul de sac just steps away from the pool and the beach. We are centrally located between casinos, beaches, and entertainment! This is a beautiful unit. We are local and love our place and hope you will treat it as your own. We are LGBTQ friendly. What an awesome place to stay. A short walk to the beach, and centrally located to stores, and restaurants and casinos. The house was so clean, upgraded appliances, comfy beds. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great spot to vacation.

The pool was enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We appreciated the outdoor patio and grill with grill accessories. TV’s with Roku in every room was great.

Did not see the beach from the property. The shower curtain rod on the main floor needs to be replaced, fall down when in use. Kids enjoyed the pool. Had a great time and enjoyed the property.

This condo sits safely behind a security gate, the property itself is very well kept! The condo is super clean and the kitchen has any kind of appliances you would need! It’s an adorable condo with a nice little back patio area! The property owner was very sweet anytime we had to talk to her! Although we were only there for a weekend because of dance competition, we definitely want to come back so that we can enjoy the condo more!

Everything was great, each bedroom had their own bathroom. We had an issue with the door lock, but the owner took care of that quickly.

We did enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable. The home had all the amenities that we expected and even some we didn't including all the stuff we needed to go have a day at the beach. The pool was very below par. The kids didn't want to swim in it because the water was green and smelled really bad. We would not recommend to anyone who is coming for the pool. The worst part of our stay was being charged to fix front door blinds which were not secured very well, that fell off when we tried to use the chain lock for the door. We forgot the chain lock was on opened the door and down they went. We had to pay for it when it seemed to me they were already broken.

I would not recommend this guest to stay in your VRBO. They were extra dirty having the cleaners take an extra 3 hours to clean up their mess. Charging us an additional 300.00 that was not passed on to this guest. The blinds were broken beyond repair and could not be rehung. The actual cost of replacing and installing the new blinds was 250.00. The 50.00 that was charged to the guest was for the service call to say not fixable. ( Her stay cost me 550.00). And due to the fact the guest had not been truthful and forthcoming about notifying us of the damage. To break something be charged for it and then leave a bad review is childish and vindictive. The pool is on automation which means it automatically senses water quality and dispenses chemicals as needed 24/7. The cameras on the pool for the days the guest was there showed people in the pool everyday and blue clear water. Would not rent to this guest again.

Perfect place

Very nice place. Well stocked, enough space for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Smelled fresh and clean. Great location and property seemed safe. The only thing we noticed was the floor could have been a bit more clean. But everything we needed was provided. The host is very responsive and I would definitely book this property again!
