Are you looking for a quiet, gated, centrally located place to call home for a night or two? Look no further! This property offers two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a garage, a private patio, & stylish furniture. Each bedroom has the comfiest king beds, large closets, and smart tv's. While staying here, you can walk to Mirror Twin Brewing, a unique speakeasy, a children's park, you are just one mile from downtown, and 7 miles from the airport & Keeneland. Hosts are not on site, but are available 24/7 for any questions!

The Midland neighborhood is partially gated & centrally located! This is a quiet and safe area. You can walk to a newly built children's park, a local coffee shop, a local breakfast restaurant, Mirror Twin Brewing, a unique speakeasy, local boutiques, & so much more!

You will access this home with a code given to you upon arrival.

The Midland offers an open floor plan on the first floor. The living room space is very cozy, but also connects with the dining area allowing plenty of room to socialize.

Enjoyable Stay

The property is very comfortable, good bedding, well appointed, but the best part is the location! Easy access to town, horse farms, Keenelsnd Race track, and exceptional restaurants like Effings.

Overall the location was good and the place was clean. The place lacked several basic amenities usually found at other VRBOs- no blankets, no kitchen towels, no k-cups, no fan in the second bedroom, no working light in the closet and no window treatments on sliding glass door for privacy. We never received a response from the owner when we emailed them prior to arrival.

Nice townhome. A few maintenance issues: missing towel bar, light cover over fan missing, dust in the vents very noticeable, loose sink in one bathroom. Comfortable beds, nice location; very easy access to many venues we visited. Only missing a corkscrew otherwise well appointed.

Great stay

We loved our stay, the place was very nice one suggestion having a toaster, breakfast is something we always cook in. And supplies like toilet paper Napkins but honestly we would stay there again, very clean, restaurants close we loved it!

Beautiful property

Stay was wonderful. Check in/out was very easy and convenient! Home was perfect for 2 couples. Only suggestion would be to provide more towels. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would definitely come back.

Kentucky Horse Park Weekend

I booked this home for somewhere to stay while taking my parents to Kentucky horse park. It was perfect for our weekend get away! The home had all we needed. Very comfortable, felt safe, and had a very smooth/easy check in/check out. Highly recommend!

Baseball and Bourbon

Property was in a great location. Safe neighborhood and good local restaurants. Very clean and good communication. 2 minor “complaints “: kitchen could be better equipped and heating system seemed to have some issues. Master bedroom was VERY hot and the remainder of the house was either the temperature the thermostat recorded or cooler .

Keenland track visit

An easy drive to the track. We loved the location and that we could walk to a great local restaurant, the brewery and bar/pizzeria. Also we walked to a local distillery and the historic district. Lots of room in the house for the 4 of us, we cooked and ate in 2 nights. Just one thing - there was only a total of 6 hangers in the closets.

Nice place small issues

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The location is great for exploring Lexington and vicinity. A small issue was the broken ice maker on the fridge. It was disappointing that we contacted management regarding the ice maker upon arrival and were told it would be repaired the next day. No one came to repair during our stay. Again, a small issue that, with better communication, could have been easily addressed.

Growing Pains

It’s a new/refurbished condo that’s decorated really well. However, there were multiple issues that need attention, and there’s was NO response from property management over the weekend regarding HVAC issues. I let property management know about 2 issues immediately upon our recognition: 1) the sliding door to laundry room was broken and off track. It almost fell on my wife when she tried to open, and it had a sharp exposed screw sticking out that would do some damage. 2) the HVAC thermostat upstairs does NOT control the air upstairs. So, the heat set to 68 degrees downstairs was heating the upstairs bedrooms up to 75 degrees. It was uncomfortable and I was up both nights at 2:30 AM trying to fix the temps. There were a couple additional things that need attention as well: 1) there are no blinds on that double sliding patio doors, so 2nd story neighbors can see right into your living room and kitchen. Privacy is an issue there. 2) the refrigerator looked new, but would not make or dispense ice. All in all, we like the condo and location, but 2 pretty rough nights dealing with HVAC issues - and NO response from property management when notified our first night there.
