Fantastic property! I would definitely stay here again. Cassandra was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. The house was spotless, and the view was breathtaking. It’s also conveniently located near Sinclair Marina, where we keep our boat.

Lovely Lake House

Nicely decorated with all the accessories that you will need. The owner was very responsive. The dock has a great view. Driveway is unassuming but it is beautiful inside. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend on beautiful Sinclair lake, this is the place for you.

All was great property is exactly how the pictures show it. Communications with owner were excellent and a pleasure. We enjoyed our stay and property is just 10 minutes from restaurants etc. Will rent again and recommend to others. Nothing to complain about.

Great time!!

Spent my wife’s 40th birthday here. We loved it. Host was prompt with communication. House was clean and on a great spot on the lake and within minutes of Milledgeville. We plan to stay here again.

Parents weekend for GCSU

What a great, clean lake house! We had such a great time here. Close to campus and the owner was super sweet to work with. Very comfortable and fabulous setting on Lake Sinclair.

Loved the stay!

Wow! What a wonderful place for a great time...right in the lake! I was in town for a graduation, so did not get to spend as much time enjoying being on the lake, but what a place to have some fun! Home is absolutely perfect for a family getaway! Loved, loved the stay!

Weekend babysitting trip

We came to Georgia to babysit our grandchildren and wanted them to have a place to fish and play. This home was perfect with views of the lake. The home was very clean and meet our needs for the weekend. Would definitely stay at this home again.

50th Birthday weekend on the Lake

The property is close to Eatonton and Milledgville which both have great shopping and places to eat. The house is very clean and cozy and close to the water. The inside was roomy for just two people but had other rooms if you have more guests. The dock is new and very well designed for enjoying Lake Sinclair's beautiful views! Cassandra was very nice and attentive for our questions and needs and was always prompt getting back with us! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating my 50th birthday here and will rent again in the future! Five stars!! Great place, great host!!

Quick visit with college student

Home is in a great location with a wonderful view of the lake. A bottle of wine was a nice touch. Having access to some chairs to take down to the dock would have been a perk. A few minor things that needed to be worked on, the kitchen sink faucet and the lack of water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. The home was clean and had enough room for all of us. We would definitely look at renting this home again for future visits.

Not a luxury lakefront property

We booked this home for my son’s 14th birthday. He wanted to spend the weekend on our boat and fishing on the dock. When we arrived Friday we were extremely disappointed. The house was far from a luxury lakefront property as the titled stated, as the pictures revealed, and as other reviews stated. The house smelt like smoke and looked like it hadn’t had a decent cleaning in quite sometime. The fridge even still had food residue left from previous guest. We walked to the dock and my son was sadly disappointed that when he put his pole in the water and it was only about 3 feet deep. We were told we could dock our boat at this dock but unfortunately the water was too shallow. After all these disappointments we decided that we could not stay at this property. So we left and didn’t stay. I messaged the owner and let her know we couldn’t stay here, she apologized but offered no sort of refund. So needless to say, my son’s birthday weekend was ruined. I’d advise anyone wanting to book this property, don’t do it. Spend a little more money and get an actual luxury lakefront property. This was an extreme disappointment. .

Perfect Location, Wonderful Host

Our trip went great. This house is located in an awesome neighborhood and it’s just as beautiful in person as the pictures portrayed. The neighbors (both sides) are very friendly and made the stay extra pleasant. I recommend this property for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a wonderful time on Lake Sinclair.

Best view and relaxation stay

We had the best time here! It was the perfect location for the relaxing night we needed before the wedding. Everything was so clean! The decor and couches were everything. We recommend anyone go stay here.

Quick weekend stay!

Needed a place during GCSU's parent weekend/Deep Roots Festival and after noticing decent hotels were sold out, found this gem of place on Lake Sinclair. Close to 441 so easy to get to the school, restaurants, shopping and more. While we didn't spend a ton of time in the home as we would have liked, it was on a cul-de-sac, lakeview, and was perfect for our needs. The interior of the cabin was very comfortable. Everything appeared to be brand new in furnishings (well decorated), stocked with kitchen supplies, and more. The owner was a delight to work with and we would absolutely rent again!
