Relax at this peaceful retreat. Let the tide wash away your away, 5 min the beach. 1-minute walk to the boat launch, 5-min to the pier for bay fishing. A cook's kitchen is ready for breaking bread on the patio. Primary bedroom with private jetted tub and private patio that's perfect for watching the sunset. Washer/Dryer, lower patio stocked with games for making memories and grilling. This sleepy neighborhood is perfect for families. One pet is allowed with a prepaid pet fee of $75.00. Other options can be discussed on a case by case basis
The space
We are less than a five-minute walk to the beach so you can bring your own bike or rent. Golf carts are regularly used to drive to and from the beach, but are not allowed on the actual beach. There are several rental recommendations in the guidebook section.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire home with exception of the primary closet and garage.
Other things to note
Please let us know if you plan to bring a boat or a jetski as we need to communicate before you arrive to get you access to the boat launch.
We have an external security camera that monitors parking and volume levels. Our community has a noise ordinance after 10 pm and it is strictly enforced. A police officer lives two houses down, so it's important to be mindful of your volume in the evenings.

Quite and relaxing

The home was in a perfect location. It was just what we needed to get away from the city and enjoy some quality time. We had everything we needed and more.Check in and check out process was very easy. Bryan was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway to the beach. It was a short walk to the beach. The house is clean and well appointed. We spent lots of time on the patio taking in the Gulf breeze. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the host was great.

Fishing trip

Nice place great location and well maintained Beach is down the street is about 25 from Galveston but makes it nice to get away from downtown beach access very close and not crowded at all definitely coming back.

Simply amazing!

Great location, truly pet friendly, super clean house with everything you will need for a time off weekend. Host was absolutely responsive, fantastic bed allow us to rest during the nights. We absolutely recommend this house and will look forward to come back.

Great house!

We had a great week staying at this house, comfortable and cozy, great views and super close to the beach. The neighborhood was cute and the house was stocked up to suit our needs. Great communication with Brian too!

Home away from home

Property is as described. Cozy. All bedrooms have a balcony. Kitchen is well supplied with cookwares/dishes/condiments if you need. The fridge is clean. Internet works great. You can walk to the beach across main highway.highwaybe

Wonderful Beach House

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house that is conveniently located near the beach and in a super cute community. The house was spacious, clean and well supplied. Several decks to hang out on and spacious drive underneath for cars and outside cooking. The community is very well kept, calm, quiet and within walking distance to the beach and San Luis Pass. The host was very accommodating and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Clean

We had a great time staying here for an "early Thanksgiving" with our Adult son. As we entered the home, it was light, cheery, bright and beauty. Just what we were hoping for! The deck was nice in the morning to sit and watch the birds in the open area while having our morning coffee. The kitchen was stocked with any utensil you might need to cook a home meal. The beach was very close and fun to walk to and watch the sun go down. We hope to book this VRBO in the future. The owners were great and responded to our questions right away. I highly recommend!

Great vacation overall

When we first got to the house, we tried to get in, and the code wasn't right. It was a little bit of a pain, but the owner got back to me, and it was an honest mistake so they helped me get into the home another way and did let us extend our stay with no hesitation due to the inconvenience. The house was very accommodating, and it is in a great spot right down the street from the beach. The house is beautiful, and my favorite part was that there wasn't a bunch of sand all around the house, like other houses I have stayed in. There were spices and oils to cook with, so that was nice that they had those things for guests to use because there is nothing I hate more than having to buy spices for food just for a vacation, so that was nice. There was so much stuff for the kids to do in the house, such as games and toys, so that was neat for my toddler to explore. One thing I would recommend is bringing mosquito spray because It did rain a lot over the weekend, and they swarmed us any time we went outside. Overall, we loved the home, and our stay was extremely comfortable. Thanks for renting your home to us, we hope to come back in the future!
