Great fenced yard, very pet friendly, parking very secure, unit nicely equipped. Beds were great as well as linens. Nice white fluffy towels.

The agent was extremely helpful and the home was exactly as advertised. I was able to bring our own 24” pontoon and it fit the boat slip nicely. Our kids enjoyed fishing from the boat slip and the location was convenient for our beach and Galveston Strand adventures. We will be back thanks so much!

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay! There was plenty to do around the house, and the location was close enough to the pier and city to easily enjoy everything nearby.The house was spacious and had lots of outdoor seating, with plenty of different areas to relax and hang out. Having separate spaces for some privacy was especially nice with a larger group.Robin was a great host and very responsive whenever I had a question or request. I actually ended up losing my phone in the water near the dock, and Robin immediately helped by sending someone out to try to retrieve it. He also helped arrange a dolphin sightseeing tour during our stay, which was a lot of fun!The only downside for us was the spiral staircase inside the house. We had a newly walking toddler with us, and while there were baby gates to help limit access to the stairs, it did make navigating the house a little more challenging.Overall, we'd absolutely stay here again if we come back to Galveston. Just one piece of advice from me: leave your phone inside.

The property is clean but the pictures aren’t exactly true since it doesn’t show the circular staircase in the middle of the living room and kitchen to access the upstairs. These stairs are impossible to navigate if you have a disability or if you are older. I think this needs to be disclosed before someone books the property. Also the air conditioning in the home was having a hard time cooling due to the afternoon sun coming through windows by the ceiling that did not have tinting or some type of shade.The owner was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions.

Thank you so much for allowing us to host your stay and for your feedback! We would like to clarify a few details for future guests. The staircase to the second floor is a standard size spiral staircase with a handrail and is described in the property details. The staircase is only required to access the second king bedroom and twin bedroom upstairs; guests who prefer not to use the stairs still have access to a king bedroom w/ an adjoining full bathroom, the kitchen, dining area, and all the main living spaces in the house. Regarding the air conditioning, we reviewed the system after seeing your comments and confirmed through our smart-app that it operated normally throughout the stay. The home consistently maintained the temperatures selected on the thermostat (the longest time it took to reach the desired temp was 47 minutes), and we found no indication of any HVAC performance issues. But, of course, I'm happy to respond immediately if there are any issues detected in the future. It's a fairly new system and should be ice cold! I appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great for a family getaway

This was our second stay and had a wonderful time. Robin was quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything! The beds were very comfortable and fishing in the canal was great. The pickleball court was definitely a highlight. We would recommend coming here to our family/friends.
