Relax with a drink after a long day of watersports and watch a beautiful sunset at this peaceful Lake Oconee home with a HUGE water view. DEEP WATER (7 feet). Easy walk to a bakery, dinner, or grab a beer at the local bar. The home is stocked with all your amenities so you can enjoy your vacation.

This 4-bedroom home is located in the lake's most convenient LOCATION with wonderful main lake views and private new max resin dock. Cute brick ranch home with open floor plan that has been renovated/upgraded with hardwood flooring, kitchen with granite counter tops, tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances, living room, master bedroom suite and 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Downstairs you find a spacious family room, bedroom/bunkroom, and bathroom.

Relax on the large 3 section back porch overlooking the lake. Main porch area is covered with a fan, dining area, sectional sofa, and has a TV, One of the open air areas has a fire pit which is great for s’mores or spending family time. The other third of the back deck has a charcoal and a gas grill. There is also a bin with water toys and kid life jackets. For your use, on the side of the house are two kid kayaks and on the dock a pedal boat that seats 5.

The large yard is perfect for games, throwing a football, or taking an afternoon nap in the hammock. The walk down to the water is a gentle slope, where you can fish, jump off the dock, or relax on Adirondack chairs on the spacious dock.

In the front yard, enjoy two rocking chairs on the front porch. For a more active time play basketball on the basketball hoop in the driveway (basketball provided). Scooters and other kid toys available on front porch also.

Downtown Greensboro is a straight shot about 15-20 minute up Hwy 44
Many places are 1/4 mile away (you can walk...easy peasy!)

All of the TVs have DirecTV Stream, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video so you can watch live sports or watch your current favorite streaming show.

Just around the corner are Anchors Marina (for renting a boat, boat ramp, & gas) and Young Harris Rentals (for kayaks, boats, jet skis, & tubes)

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, office area, and a private bath with large shower. There are two other bedrooms on the main level; each with a queen bed & TV.
Downstairs has two full beds, living area, PlayStation, foosballl table, and a bunk room with 6 twin beds which is perfect as a kid hang out area.

There are two office spaces with water views if you can't get 100% away from work.

Plenty of seating for dining. Choose from the large dining table, bar stools surrounding the kitchen, or the large back porch table.

Outside: Large yard, rocking chair front porch, basketball hoop & ball, hammock, swing, 2 child kayaks w/kid life jackets. Pedal boat seats up to 5. Please bring life jackets to be safe that fit your group.
Driveway - large space for parking several vehicles and trailers.

Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, Standard coffee maker, Keurig, Blender, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, and basic seasonings/herbs.

This is our home away from home. and is in a residential area. Smoking is not allowed inside. No pets please. Respect quiet hours.
