Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. The garage is not available for guest use.

✔ Identification: Plum Property Management requires a color copy of a valid, government-issued ID after booking.
✔ Location: Located in the quiet community of Bonner, the property offers a rural setting close to nature while remaining a short drive from Missoula.
✔ Waterfront Note: As with most riverfront properties, mosquitoes may be present, especially if doors are left open and exterior lights are on.
✔ Internet: Due to the rural location and satellite-based service, internet connectivity may be limited and cannot be guaranteed.
✔ Winter Travel: During winter months, 4-wheel drive may be required due to snow and road conditions.
Air Conditioning: A window AC unit is installed during the spring and summer months.
✔ Fireplace: For safety reasons, the fireplace is not available for guest use.
✔ Pets: Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet, per stay. Any additional cleaning or pet waste removal fees charged by our vendor will be passed on to the guest. Cats are not permitted.
