You will have your own PRIVATE balcony with views of the park right across the street. This apartment is on the 3rd floor , stairs only no elevator.

Suited our needs very well. Beds were comfortable, which is always an important consideration for us. Host was responsive. Close to downtown and lost of restaurants and shopping in very close proximity. Overall we were very happy with the rental and feel it was represented well by the host's description.

Excellent location, clean, comfy beds!

Excellent location in Spokane. Close to everything—safe and clean. The beds were superb, condo was well stocked and communication with host was excellent. 5 star rating!

Our stay was great. Location was good and the condo and amenities were as advertised. The location was convenient and there were many options available to dine very close to the Condo. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!

Very nice, quiet place to stay in the city

Very nice, well kept condo in Browne's Addition, the most historic area of Spokane! This urban neighborhood has a lot of character, and it's fairly safe. Pretty quiet too considering it's in the city. Great restaurants and nice grocery store within 2 blocks. Some of the best pizza, and Italian food you'll ever eat! Parks, museum nearby as well. Easy parking on the street in front of the building. Only suggested improvement I would recommend to the host would be to replace some of the pots and pans in the kitchen. Some of them are pretty rough. Other than that, everything is stellar! A lot of thought and care went into the preparations making this property into a VRBO. Excellent location for someone wanting to explore the area!

A wonderful weekend

My daughter and I had a lovely, relaxing stay at this apartment. We sat and talked and talked on the balcony. All was very clean and well cared for. We walked two blocks to the Saturday morning farmers market which was fun.

Heat wave in Spokand

Everything was excellent. Well almost. Living room a/c was inadequate but we were in bloody heat wave so who knew. We at home have an a/ c unit that sits in our bedroom exhausts out the window . They’re about $3 to 4 hundred bucks . Cools the room off nicely. The bath tub drain is very slow; lots of hair assume. Everything else was great. Great location. Thanks

Top Notch

We were in Spokane to do a little golfing. This unit was perfectly located. The property was very clean; cosy. Had to contact owner for new batteries for remote and she was very prompt in fixing it. Would definitely stay again.

Cute apartment, great location!

This little gem was perfect for my cousin and I for the week. It’s a cute, spacious 3rd floor walk-up in a tree lined neighborhood. The two bedrooms were large and very comfortable. It has a great balcony where I had my coffee each morning. It’s a block or so away from a few great restaurants. Also, easy access to other areas of Spokane. I have rented many VRBO’s for vacation/work, but have never had such a thoughtful, accessible host. Quick to respond (I mean, in minutes), extremely helpful, and overall just very kind.

Great Place

What a lovely place! Clean, tastefully decorated and great location. It was perfect to come home to after golfing. Comfortable and with the fireplace we could warm up after a chilly round of golf. Loved the location as it was easy to get around, close to highways, grocery store and in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you Marg!

Great for small families

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, comfortable and in a good area. We loved having the park right next door for our two young daughters. There are lots of cafes and restaurants walking distance from the condo as well. Good communication with the owner.

As advertised

Really good place at a great value. Very clean. The host was very responsive. One of the reasons we do the VRBOs is we like to cook our own food. If I had to give it a ding it would be that there wasn't many items like a vegetable steamer for a pan, no cheese grader, aluminum foil..... in the big picture not a big deal. I would recommend the property for sure .

Master bed sheets had NOT been washed from the prior stay. Wrinkly and stains. Merry stairwell was dirty. Not a big deal until 8am Sunday when someone vacuumed all three floors. If sheets had been clean this would have been an excellent review. Great location and amenities.
