Great stay with an amazing view and a perfect location close to downtown but still quiet and private. The hot tub and outdoor space were awesome, especially at sunset. Roberto was a fantastic host—very welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and the place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.

Friends weekend

My friends and I had a lovely weekend with a fire and beautiful views in this unit. The property manager was very nice and helpful and the room was nice, stylish and clean.

Amazing outdoor space, was very comfortable. Host was attentive. Parking in the area is kind of limited and the nearby streets are a little bit tight, especially if you're not used to Spokane. The property is to the right of the main entrance, which might not be immediately apparent from the listing, and there was a very cozy area by the hot tub with patio furniture and a barbecue. Futon was very comfortable. My friend mentioned that the mattress was on the firm side. Bathroom was a little tight, but clean and well maintained.

Loved the outdoor space, unclear check-in as multiple rental areas in one house with same address, delayed check-in. Bathroom crowded with old stacking laundry blocking ease of opening door and access to toilet. Would benefit from written instructions left with unit regarding hot tub use/adjustments, outside light controls. Also uncomfortable fold-down sleeping couch for 3rd person.

Quirky, basic, but enchanting. Great host!

This is a very small property indoors. The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washer & dryer in there, however, a combo washer dryer has been installed in the kitchen. There are only enough dishes for 4 people, but otherwise it has most everything you need for cooking. There were other guests staying next door and we made quick friends with them. The large backyard space is shared. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family in the back area. Beautiful view.

Besides being 10 minutes from the airport, 6 minutes from downtown, and placed right on the very popular hillside walking/biking trails. The home is 1 of 4 on the bluff. It only takes one night to understand why people call it Sunset Ridge
