This townhouse is spacious and sun-filled. The clean lines, modern updates, and attached screened porch make this condo feel so much bigger. The main floor has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom.

The second floor offers bedrooms, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a full bathroom. This condo is within a great community for the whole family with a stunning sandy beach, a tennis court, a basketball court, and two pools. There’s so much to do within this beautifully maintained association but you are also conveniently located to explore many other Lakes Region's attractions.

PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of $500 will be assessed for any violators.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced.

First noticed the dishwasher was not installed properly and is a serious hazard for smaller childeren, we noticed bags with WiFi equipment near the tv as if we arrived as they were trying to set up internet, The WiFi info left by the host was incorrect which rendered the Roku tv useless. The tennis court we were not allowed to use and has do not enter signs posted on it. There was absolutely nothing to do in this rental, no books, no tv, no dvds, no vhs no radio no nothing, with no cell service or internet we were unable to book reservations anywhere or even look up what was open. 0/10 recommend

OK unit but will never book a Vacasa property again

A plumbing issue, complete lack of porch furniture, and lack of response from Vacasa really put a damper on this expensive stay. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was not working when we checked in. We alerted Vacasa when we realized that Sunday morning (had to use many methods to get ahold of help...calling, texting, messaging via VRBO). Someone did come by to band-aid it Sunday night and confirm we needed a plumber, but it broke again soon after. No follow up at all Monday or Tuesday until we texted again Tuesday evening with a video of water pouring out of the plumbing under the sink). Plumber did not arrive to fix it until Wednesday. We couldn't wash dishes/cook for most of the first 3.5 days of our stay. We alerted Vacasa when a smoke detector started chirping and needed batteries and that the fridge water filter needed replacing (light was on). Neither were replaced during our week-long stay. The unit itself was fine and had basic necessities, but no furniture at all on the screened porch (why I gave 3 stars for accuracy of the listing...it mentions the porch as an extension for the living area, but it's not). It is a smallish unit and if someone is watching TV in the living room, it's hard to escape the noise. Would have been no issue if there were porch furniture, which would have created a second living space. Really nice amenities though, loved the lake and pool area! The unit itself has no view and is a bit of a walk from the lake. Bring your own floats.
