It's also a quick walk to downtown Meredith and the lake! Public Winnipesaukee beaches are just minutes away and family fun at Weirs Beach is only a 10 min drive.

KITCHEN
Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen complete with all the basics (oven, range, fridge, microwave, etc) as well as extra amenities like coffee, dishes for kiddos and pups, blender, crockpot, etc. The guidebook will give you the lay of the land and we've included lots of info about local activities as well.

BATHROOM 1
Off the kitchen you'll see the downstairs half-bath which also includes a washer/dryer available for your use. We supply detergent as well!

LIVING AREA
The living room includes seating for your group, a television, and some games to enjoy during your stay.

DINING
Just off the living room you'll find the dining table set for four. There are plenty of extra chairs on property if you'd like to set the table for more guests.

BACK DECK
Doors of the kitchen/dining area open onto the back deck equipped with patio furniture in the warmer months as well as a propane grill available for guest use. The propane is filled anytime we visit but may require refills during your stay - propane is available in town.

BACKYARD TRAILS
The property backs up to Swasey Park which means guests have quick access to 7 acres of year-round trails. It's a beautiful stroll in any season. There are snow shoes available for use as well. (Two adult pairs, one child pair.) The trails run in several directions, including directly to Waukewan Canal as well as a trail toward the Meredith city center on Lake Winnepesaukee.

UPSTAIRS

BEDROOMS
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. As previously noted, we are in the process of replacing some of the bedroom furniture to make the space even more accommodating. Each bedroom will continue to sleep a minimum of two guests. Bedrooms also include space to store your clothing/luggage.

BATHROOM 2
Upstairs also includes a full bathroom stocked with fresh linens, shampoo/conditioner/soaps, etc.
