Magnolia Suite at The Mockingbird inn Boutique Hotel

Step into the light and bright Magnolia Suite and you'll feel that instant relaxed feeling. The room has a large comfy sectional sofa that will make you want to curl up and read a book or watch your favorite Netflix shows on the 50" Smart TV. The space is newly renovated and features a King size bed with fresh soft linens and fluffy pillows. There is a table that can be used for dining or as a desk for working remotely. High Speed internet will keep you online if you must work while visiting. The spa-like bathroom is completely new with an oversized glass and tile shower, pedestal sink and oversized towels. Shower products and a blow dryer are provided. The floor to ceiling windows provide a view a lush wooded area at the back of the home where the Suite is located. A ramp to the private deck equipped with seating and a gas bbq grill is a bonus. We provide coffee pods, creamer, sugar, tea bags, coffee cups, wine glasses, wine & bottle opener, disposable dishes and cutlery, ice, beach towels, noise machine for sleeping & a clothing steamer.

We welcome well behaved dogs that are under 20 pounds. We charge a $75 per stay fee.

We loved staying in the Magnolia Suite. It was nice and cozy. We especially loved the back porch where we sat in the mornings and drank coffee and enjoyed watching the squirrels and raccoon. All the amenities were provided and the hospitality was great. The only thing that we didn’t care for was the soft mattress. We prefer a firmer mattress. All in all I would highly recommend The Mockingbird Inn to all my friends.

Very clean, had all the amenities we could use. Plenty of coffee, water, even ice with ice tongs. Easy to find and within blocks of shops and restaurants. We came to recharge our batteries after a busy summer. Will definitely be returning and telling my closest friends about this hidden gem.
The front porch was very relaxing.

Our stay at The Mockingbird Innwas absolutely ahhhhhmazing! We loved every minute of our relaxing stay in the Magnolia Suite! Thank you for thinking of EVERYTHING (multiple charging ports, water bottles, wine bottle opener, coffee pods and creamer, etc) This is by far the cleanest suite we have every stayed in —- smelled so fresh and so clean when we opened the door upon arrival, bedding and towels smelled wonderful and were so soft! Being so close to Ocean Springs was GREAT, but also being on this beautifully secluded property surrounded in nature provided the peace we needed to recharge! We are looking forward to returning and we already have friends who want to join us the next time! Thanks Kim and Troy for being such wonderful hosts!

Our stay at the Mockingbird Inn was so wonderful! The Magnolia Suite was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The suite was beautiful and relaxing. The owners were wonderful too and made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us. If you are visiting Ocean Springs then this is the place you want to stay at!! We would book this suite over and over again! Felt like home!

This is a quiet, beautiful and roomy suite with a lovely view of trees and private. They have everything you could need. We found some fun local bars just a block away. The people there and in town were the friendliest that we've ever met. We would love to come back here to stay!!

Great place for two!

Clean, comfy, cozy. Separate entrance backs up to trees and vegetation so feels secluded, private and peaceful. Beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious shower! Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Southern Charm

Staying at the Mockingbird Inn hosted by Kim and Troy, was the definition of Southern Charm. The Willow Suite was very comfortable and convenient to downtown Ocean Springs. We will definitely be back!

Quick get away

The Magnolia unit of this beautiful property was a perfect quick trip for my husband & I. The living room was spacious and laid out with comfort in mind. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, would certainly return for another visit!

Perfect Stay

One of the few places we have stayed that looked better in person than it did in photos. Bed and sofa were comfortable and the bathroom was great. They provided everything you need besides personal toiletries. We will definitely be staying again and will recommend to anyone staying in the area. Great location and great owners.
