Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.

Pets are welcome. Please notify us ahead of time. Pet fee will be added for additional cleaning.
★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including coffee, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. The in-ground 16 x 32 feet swimming pool is available May 1st to September 30th (weather permitting). Pool is heated to 84 degrees with depth ranging from 3-6 ft. Heating fees ($75/day) may apply in May and September.
★ GAME ROOM:
Game room equipped with pool table, foosball, air hockey and arcade game.
★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place it in the trash containers.
★ SECURITY:
Ring security camera atop the garage.
★ PARTIES:
Absolutely NO parties allowed. You will be asked to leave if throwing a party.
★ SMOKING:
Absolutely NO smoking indoors.
★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.
