Security: We have three exterior cameras: one at the entrance pointing toward the driveway, one at the porch area facing the front entrance, and one in the hub/cabana facing the backyard and pool. All cameras are motion-activated, record short 7-second videos at a time, and are active during reservations.

Pool & Hot Tub: The private pool is unheated and available seasonally (May-September). The hot tub is open year-round. Both are professionally serviced weekly.

Wildlife: Our home is nestled in the woods. You may see wildlife like deer, bears, and squirrels. We ask you to keep doors and gates closed and never leave food unattended outside. While we maintain the home with regular cleanings and professional pest control, you may encounter critters or insects as part of the woodland experience.
