After a year long remodel, hopefully you will appreciate a beautifully outfitted new kitchen, brand new comfortable beds, and stylish interiors. The host was a great communicator. Thanks to her we were able to learn what we needed. Unlike a lot of short term rentals, it was lovingly decorated with surprise elements - "did you notice? kind. The rooms were just the sizes we liked for a three generation stay. We each had our own bathrooms. What a treat. And, the house is within walking distance of the cute towncenter. I just wish we had more time to explore.

Our group of 5 a cappella singers had a fantastic experience at this charming, spacious, and well-appointed home! Everything was spotless & homey. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and it was very quiet, excellent for rest & relaxation. We enjoyed delicious wine and food & even got to sing at the local Horse Radish restaurant. We definitely hope to return soon! Thanks to Sarah & family!

This was a top VRBO experience for our mom's getaway weekend. The home had everything we needed for prepping meals, relaxing, and sleeping comfortably. The location was ideal for walking to tasting rooms and restaurants, and convenient for driving to other local destinations. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. I can't recommend this place highly enough and only wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a charming and incredibly comfortable VRBO!! from the beds, the pillows to the furniture that we cuddled on to watch a movie. The kitchen was very well equipped and easily accessible. We shared a few meals and game nights around the dining room table during our visit and the chairs were very comfortable There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t available to us and it was at a very, very clean home. You can tell that the housekeeping takes pride in their job!! it was cold and rainy outside while we were there, and the house was perfectly acclimated. We had trouble finding the Wi-Fi when we first arrived, and the host responded immediately to any questions.(Turns out there was a beautiful professionally made book on the home that had all the information in it on the homes checking in and out process, Wi-Fi passwords, etc.that we needed available to us stacked right under the coffee table with magazines but we missed it ) We will definitely stay here again if we travel back into this area!! so many great wineries and restaurants to enjoy!!

We had a great stay at this charming farmhouse! The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was a short walk to downtown and an easy drive to wine country! The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive! Highly recommend if staying in Carlton!

I stayed here with girlfriends for a weekend getaway. We had a fabulous time staying at this home. It is spacious, has all the amenities you need, comfortable and very clean. We walked to the downtown and wineries from the home. I will be recommending this property to friends!

The house is immaculate and amazingly equipped. It has ample room for guests. The decor and furniture is up to date, fun, and comfortable. Very welcoming property. Easy to walk to town for food, drinks and ice cream! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Will definitely recommend this property and revisit.

The house was adorable! The kitchen was stocked with things you need to cook (oil, spray, seasonings, storage bags/containers) which is so helpful when you want to have some meals at home! It was in a great walking location to lots of restaurants. Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. We came as a group of six adults and it was perfect.

Excellent location & beautiful house

The house is in a great location - walking distance to everything in downtown Carlton. There were so many thoughtful touches and the property was thoughtfully decorated and well supplied with everything you need including K-Cups. We had a minor hiccup with the air upstairs, but Sarah was very responsive and we resolved the issue quickly. We loved the back patio area and the kitchen — they became the community areas for our gatherings.

Girls Wine Weekend

This was the perfect house for a group of 6 woman getting together for a wine weekend. The house is clean, has great amenities, and the beds are super comfortable. It is close proximity to the town of Carlton and an uber away from all the best wineries.

Beautiful home and a great host. We had some trouble with heating, the host and manager were very responsive and got it running ASAP. We had a wonderful stay with our young children!

Cutest house in Carlton

The Carlton Farmhouse is such an adorable house and we had an absolutely lovely stay. We were in town to get photos done in McMinnville and this house was the perfect spot for us. The house was super clean, had enough space for the four of us to spread out or hang together. Our kids are small so using the double twin bedroom off one of the king rooms was perfect. The kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed from a tools standpoint (could use some olive oil though, if there was some we totally missed it!). The master bath has an amazing soaking tub that I used TWICE in our two night stay. Beds were comfortable, towels were soft, neighborhood was quiet. Everything was great. This house would be the perfect home-base for three couples doing wine tasting in the area. If we can get out here without our kiddos I’ll definitely book here again to do just that!

Three generations of Bracelin family members lived in this house in Carlton and attended Yamhill-Carlton high school. So many fond memories were made in the past here and we look forward to sharing many more fond memories into the future.
