Welcome Home! This beatiful 1st Floor Condo features 3 Bedrooms, 2 FULL Bathrooms , 2 off street Parking Spaces, private front deck (under cover) , Gas Fireplace and a beautiful chef's kitchen .
The best part of this home is the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Situated in less than 5 minutes walking distance to Ocean City's GREATEST attractions including - The Beach, Boardwalk , Rides, Minigolf, retail stores and lots of restaurants and other things .
Our home is super clean and feels just like new construction . You will feel right at home on our comfortable mattresses and living room furnitire. Our full kithen comes with all of the necessities to prepare most meals and entertainment.

The bed sizes on VRBO aren’t accurate, so if you are bringing your own sheets and comforters, the bunk beds are doubles, not twins and there is no king. Both other beds are queens. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great property with good location just a couple of blocks from the boardwalk and The Local gym, ocean city coffee and a donut shop... Kids room has double full size bunks and a pull out bed, two full bedrooms with lots of room for adults and a great open kitchen... Kitchen has essentials like coffee makers, pots, toaster oven and air fryer... Hosts were easy to work with and you have a garage to park in as well as a driveway spot... Top tier rental for a family beach vacay

Our multigenerational family enjoyed this lovely condo within walking distance of restaurants, the boardwalk, beach, and other family members. The outdoor keyed showers were great to get the little one’s sandy bodies rinsed before entering the first floor entrance. Many amenities made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Surprisingly there was no hairdryer available, but lots of beach chairs, tags, and parking included. We would love to stay again in the future. Great communication with the owner, property was nicely stocked with things like soap, dish liquid, plastic wrap, etc. Right in the middle of everything. The perfect size for our family of 5.

Wonderful !

We were so happy with our stay here 
 communication with the host was easy and very responsive. The home was very clean, comfortably furnished and close to everything - beach, boardwalk, grocery and restaurants. We parked the car on arrival and it didn’t move until we left. Nice that there were beach chairs supplied. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was in working order.

The house was nice, It was missing just a few things but nothing major, cuting board, dish towels, dishwasher tabs or soap., blender.. host was very nice we met him 2x. we had a great week.

This house was perfect for me and my family. It was in a great location pretty much walking distance from everything. Everything was clean and all 6 of us fit perfectly. We definitely want to stay here again.

Cute Home in Ocean City

The property was overall excellent. Three large bedrooms with tons of space. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Beach tags included! Adequate parking and tons of beach chairs, etc. Plenty of kitchenware and cooking supplies. Nice porch and outdoor showers. A bit of mildew odor. Perfect for a long weekend down the Shore.

Great Location, Decent Place

Didn't start off very well, but overall a nice stay. First let me say that the owner is very nice and responsive, so absolutely no issues there. Upon arrival we typed in the code to the front door and it wouldn't open the deadbolt (later figured out why - see below). Fortunately there was a side door which we were able to enter. There were two keys for the front door which we used for our stay. This is when we figured out that you have to pull the front door towards you when either locking or unlocking the door. The other thing that happened was there being no linens or toiletries upon our arrival. This was not in the listing but was in the contract, so technically my fault for not thoroughly reading the contract. Apparently this is standard in Ocean City, but as I told the owner, people coming from Texas would not know this. The owner has now added it to the listing. The icemaker wasn't working in the freezer, which by the way had a broken handle that was duct taped to the door. Lastly, when we went to hang the towels we ended up buying one of the towel racks just fell off the wall. It had clearly been broken previously and just hung there to appear unbroken. On a positive note, there were plenty of beach tags and beach chairs which was great. So, as stated, overall a decent stay (no major issues) in a perfect location. Would give it 4.5 stars but that's not an option. Just didn't feel it deserved the full 5 stars.

Nice place & great location

Overall we had a lovely stay and our host was very responsive to any needs, communicated well and was kind. It was nice to have beach tags provided, access to beach chairs, two to 3 parking spots depending on if you used the garage and location was great! It was close to everything, beach, boardwalk & shops/restaurants. It was a comfortable place and the front porch was nice to sit out & have coffee. For future guests I would say the bottom freezer was difficult to open & no ice maker, & the front loader washing machine could use a good cleaning. Otherwise we were pleased!

Cute & Convenient Rental

Comfortable rental with the darlingest porch conveniently located close to everything. Boardwalk is only 2 blocks away and love the free parking on Wesley Ave for any additional visitors. Just a heads up, the beds are slightly inaccurate as listed. There are actually 2 queen beds and a double over double bunk with a pullout single trundle bed. Otherwise its a beautiful home and I'd happily rent it again.

Cleanliness not a priority

The apartment was not clean, i had to clean floors and surfaces in kitchen and living room. Could hear everything from the floor above as well as they could hear us. There was not a king bed which we believe was in the description. Also the stall shower had no shelf to put soap, shampoo etc in the shower. We had to use the floor of the shower. No place in stall shower bathroom to hang more than one towel. There were a ton of fruit flies the entire time. The freezer had duck tape for a handle. It looked like the handle was broken off and a piece of tape was put on to pull the drawer open. There was black hair everywhere which was not ours. Constantly picking up clumps of hair. Water didn't drain very quickly in the shower/bath. Location was good for the boardwalk. Owner was responsive when i needed the entry codes.

This was an excellent vacation. Two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Will try to make this an annual event.
