Ceci est une nouvelle maison personnalisée. 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Porche avant sympa avec une table pour les repas à l'extérieur ainsi qu'un coin salon. Situé à 1 pâté de maisons de la plage. Parking pour 2 voitures à l'arrière de la propriété hors de la ruelle. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture et marcher partout !! Marchez jusqu'à la plage, la promenade, le parc d'attractions, le golf miniature, 2 pâtés de maisons des courts de tennis et des terrains de basket. À pied des restaurants et du centre-ville, l'emplacement est si pratique pour tout ce que la ville a à offrir !! Location à la semaine uniquement en juin, juillet, août et les 2 premières semaines de septembre. Les locations à la semaine sont du samedi au samedi. Les clients doivent apporter leurs propres serviettes et draps.

Nice property, great location. This home was perfect for our visit to OC. Well kept, good beds, very clean and nicely furnished. At the price we rented, we should have been given beach tags for the week. The coffee pot was an old Mr Coffee and there was no hair dryer in the home.

Nice pre-season girls weekend away to enjoy the beach and a concert. Housr was very confortable and offered a great location.

Awesome rental!

Great Place to Stay

Traveled to Ocean City to see our niece who is in the Navy, we had 9 of us staying at the house and the house was a perfect setup. Enough room for everyone, activities to do such as checkers and cards were available. The house was clean, easy to access, and highly recommend this place.

Absolutely would stay here again! Beautiful home, accurate listing, and was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at! A few added kitchen items (strainer, tongs) would be nice and there was no grill. This beautiful home was perfect for our family beach week!

Great Place for a Family Beach Vacation!

The place was great for us! It had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Very clean, enough room for our 3 cars, close to the beach and everything else. The host was very responsive and helpful. Also, it was very nice being right next door to the best ice cream shop in town!

Great getaway

Our group had a great long weekend. The house was spacious with 3 full baths and plenty of space and seating between the open floor plan kitchen/living room. House was more beautiful in person and was super clean. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and downtown- location was great.

OCNJ Reunion

The house was as listed. Super easy communication with Owner and prompt attention to the dryer not working. Location is great and next to great ice cream and coffee shop and the renowned donut shops with two short blocks to the beach. Parking was key as with garage you basically have three spots. Highly recommend. we had a great stay

Amazing week

2nd time staying at this property and if didn’t disappoint again. Very clean, amazing location and easy to get in and out. The set up is perfect!!!! The walk is very short to beach and can’t beat the ice cream store next door. They provide pretty much everything you would need for the beach and the downstairs bathroom to great for cleaning up before going back upstairs. The porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon naps and late night ice cream. We will always look for this place every year we come back.

Wedding Weekend

Our family rented this property for 2 nights while attending my Niece’s Wedding. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend and lovely Wedding. The Condo is very clean, nicely furnished and very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom’s. It Has a lovely front porch also. There is a great little ice cream store nearby and a Cafe on the corner and is a short walk to Boardwalk and beach! It’s in a very nice location of OC. Just be aware that it is a 2nd floor Rental with lots of steps so not for anyone with mobility issues. Would be happy to rent again in the future.

Very Nice Stay at OCNJ

My family enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day Weekend. Kristin was very accommodating and communicated very well! This was a second floor apartment, so there were a lot of stairs to take with a young infant. I’d maybe suggest a first floor rental if you have young kids. The house was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. The water pressure in the guest bathroom wasn’t great but it was fine. Very popular ice cream shop next door made street parking difficult at night. Was a bit longer of a walk to the boardwalk than we were expecting but again it wasn’t bad. Overall a very nice stay!

Nice house

The house is big and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the living room was well appointed. The kitchen has all you need and it is spacious. Good location but if you need to be in the busy section of the board walk, you might think it’s a little far. Walk to the beach took about 10 min. The check in didn’t go as well as we wished. We didn’t get the passcode at 2pm as promised by the property manager so we stood there with our suitcases on the sidewalk until about 2:20pm after repeatedly texting and calling her. She did text us the code in the end. Some suggestions to make the house even better would be to make sure there are bath mats included or to mention that bath mats are not included in your description. We had to run out and get 3 bath mats. Also the lights on the deck do not work. Lastly, adding some sort of drying rack in the laundry room, which is spacious, would be great. Otherwise it was a great house and a good location. We would stay again for sure.

Quick Trip In May to OCNJ

We planned a surprise stay for my Dads 60th bday at this lovely beach house for a weekend in May! I will definitely recommend this property to friends and be back during warmer summer months.
