We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-prepared, and had everything we needed—truly felt like home. The kids and adults all enjoyed the pool, and the spacious layout made it so comfortable for our group. The basement with the gym and pool table was definitely a great bonus. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Owner was very helpful during my whole stay. Very spacious and enough room for everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

A great house for families visiting the DC area. 15 minutes to Glenmont Metro station, safe neighborhood, and good restaurants in the area.

Beautiful house

My husband, 4 year old son, our small dog and I had a great time when we stayed here while visiting family in the area. It’s a beautiful, clean, spacious house. My son loved the playground outside and the pool table downstairs. Would love to come back in the summer to use the outdoor pool!

Overall Great!

From the kitchen to the pool, my friends and I loved the property. The neighborhood is quiet and close to food/shopping options. The host provided a lot of details before check-in so we didn’t need to contact him for anything but, he did check-in with us which was nice. Overall, great property and host!

I could not be more pleased with the property is cleaning this it’s square footage and the decorum of the house. The property was so warm and so inviting to family that I am trying to make a point to come back to the East Coast and stay back at the property so it will feel just like home again

55th birthday weekend

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. Everything was as pictured and exceeded expectations. The rooms were very spacious and the beds and couches were comfortable. I really enjoyed the fireplace since it was a cold weekend & relaxing in the massage chair. The TVs, pool table and gym (Bluetooth stand up speaker) were fun. Timmothy was very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again- hopefully during the summer to enjoy the backyard, pool and hammock. Amazing property & vacation

Well stocked and clean

Lovely home, great porch and backyard!! Just for that alone you should stay. We were so surprised by how clean and well stocked it was. We have stayed in many listings in many states. The pics will show it as immaculate but then it is not or run down. Kudos to who does their housekeeping. It felt clean and well stocked like our own home. Even the lovely hotel towel folds were a sweet touch. Plus the host communicated well when it was needed.

Well appointed home in Silver Springs!

We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties from South Carolina to Texas to Utah to Montana to Wyoming to Alaska etc etc !!! This property by far exceeded all our expectations! This was the BEST - most well appointed property we have ever had the opportunity to stay at! From the quality of the toilet paper and paper towels to the exceptional kitchen, appliances, cutlery and coziness of the entire home I can’t say more !! Only wish we had more time to spend there - location is perfect for DC and Inner Harbor - will definitely return ! Timmothy was very accommodating and available to answer any questions or concerns! Definitely a WINNER!

Wonderful home!

After spending our 2023 Christmas holiday here, we enjoyed the house and host so much that we booked the house again for Christmas 2024. The house provides a perfect set up for our multi-generational family. Upstairs grandparents have access to everything on one floor with plenty of space for accessibility. Downstairs is an entertainment hub for grandchildren and parents to game or play pool. The open kitchen to the dining room and main living area provides the perfect setting for the entire family to gather and snack, cook, eat, and converse. Having stayed here twice we would highly recommend this property and gracious host for your next stay in and around the Silver Spring/Washington DC area. Especially those with multi-generational families or those with accessibility considerations.

Wonderful!

Upon arriving we were ecstatic to see the property. As we discovered all this house offered we were very pleased. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house. There were ample supplies of cookware and flatware. The rooms were spacious and awesomely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was exactly where we wanted. Although travel times to the locations we wished to visit were long, we were prepared for that. It is Washington,DC. I've driven a truck through and around Washington, so we were prepared for that. There are plenty of local restaurants to choose. The grocery stores are close as well. In all this was a very pleasing stay. I would highly recommend this house,

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

*If you enjoy cooking, this is the house for you. It has ALL the things, including a stocked pantry. This two-level home is the perfect choice for a multi group visit or a few people who need space. The rooms are comfy and well appointed, the gas fireplace is cozy, the covered carport protects you from the elements, and the huge finished basement could serve as a party room. The area is safe, quiet, and there are several parks for walking and various activities. It's also super close to services and shopping. Due to the cost, it's best to have at least three people share the space. I didn't use the basement at all, and there was plenty of room. Timm is an excellent host, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
