Studio, 1 BA Condo – Downtown Frisco – Close To Main St, Shuttle Stop!

Frisco is known as the heart of Summit County 
 and this condo is right in the heart of Frisco. It’s just a block from Main Street and a short stroll to the free ski shuttle bus stop. You just can’t beat this convenient location!

This studio, 1-bathroom condo is an excellent choice for up to four people! Relax in front of the flat-screen TV and wood fireplace to catch the game or the morning snow report. A large sliding glass door provides plenty of natural light and leads to a balcony with superb views of Mount Royal and the surrounding peaks. The full kitchen that includes a stove, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, lets you whip up snacks and meals when you’re not enjoying Frisco’s great dining options. There's even a desk/workstation with a 32" monitor for catching up on emails.

You’ll also enjoy a shared hot tub, elevator, and a parking spot in the underground garage! Loved the location. It is walking distance to downtown Frisco and a few of the hiking trails. It was very clean and comfortable. I did mention that they need to purchase new sleeping pillows every few months. The ones we had were so flat that I had to go and buy a new pillow for myself. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. Also, I do realize that there is no air conditioning, and they do have a floor fan, but maybe installing a ceiling fan would help with air circulation. I also missed that there is no "in unit" washer and dryer.

Perfect Location for Enjoying Downtown Frisco

Great spot in downtown Frisco—walkable to restaurants, shops, holiday events, and close to the marina. The place is small but really well laid out and super clean. The murphy bed was comfy, and the view was a nice bonus. Quiet neighbors, fast and helpful communication with the host. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Condo and Great Location

This is our third stay in this complex, and this condo was by far the best. It was perfect for two people. Everything was very clean. The location was easily walking distance from Main Street and good restaurants (checkout HH at Fifth Avenue Grill and Vinny’s). I hope to stay here again.

Conveniently located studio room in Frisco

Booked this unit for a 4 night father/son ski getaway. Great location 1-2 blocks off Main Street in Frisco where there are several restaurants to choose from in addition to Rebel Sports ski shop from which we rented. Garage parking spot and ski locker was convenient on the mornings when we left for the slopes. Studio was clean, comfortable, and contained the basics needed for a 4 night stay. The lodge is an older structure which is noticeable from the exterior and when you walk into the lobby, but the studio has been upgraded and is more contemporary. If you are looking for a basic clean, convenient, cost friendly location near Main Street, and the majority of your time will be outdoors, then this will fit the bill.
