Sweeping views of the tranquil Copano Bay await you at El Gato Malo. This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers accommodations for up to fourteen people. This is a fisherman's utopia, where you will spend your days and nights casting a line out on the private, lighted fishing pier. The 400-foot fishing pier features two T-heads and three fishing lights that will bring in the trout and reds. There is also a fish cleaning station with power and water for you to clean your stringer of fish!

El Gato Malo is a newly built bayfront home offering the comforts of home such as cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and high-quality furniture and appliances. The focal point of this home is the spacious open floor plan consisting of the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all with incredible views of Copano Bay with floor to ceiling windows. Just off the living room, the fully stocked kitchen boasts of everything you will need for cooking. Make use of the dishware and stainless-steel appliances, plentiful cabinetry, and gorgeous marble top counters to whip up a delicious meal for your family and friends. Open area seating available at the island bar which seats six, and table seating for six. Extra chairs are available in the pantry.The incredible primary bedroom has a king size bed and a mounted flat-screen TV. The French doors lead out to a private patio with views of Salt Lake and a private stairway leading down to the driveway. The spacious private primary bathroom has double vanities, a beautiful large soaker tub, and tiled walk-in shower. The second and third guest bedrooms each contain a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and east-facing windows towards Salt Lake that make use of the morning natural light. You will find a second bathroom directly across the small hall that leads to the primary bedroom that features a shower/tub combo. The fourth and fifth guest bedrooms off the main hallway offer ample sleeping with a queen and twin in each room, flat-screen TV's, and access to the third full bathroom including double vanities and a walk-in shower.

El Gato Malo is also pet friendly and allows up to two dogs. Don't forget your kennel as we do require that you kennel your dogs while you are away from the home. The new swimming pool is fully functional, but please note that the hot tub is not complete and is not heated at this time. Only minutes away, downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping then you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum.
