Spacious 2 Bedroom East Riverside Home with Garage and Yard

This thoughtfully decorated 2 bedroom duplex is your home away from home with an incredible central location! We are situated on a quiet street less than 10 minutes to Downtown, Rainey, West/East 6th and the airport. We are conveniently located by Hike and Bike trails, Lady Bird Lake, and HEB Grocery. The home comes equipped with G Fiber internet, a secure 1 car garage and an adorable backyard and patio to make your getaway weekend or extended stay feel just like home!

This space is completely renovated with beautiful light oak floors throughout the first floor. Each room is thoughtfully decorated and is flooded with natural light! The living room has plenty of seating to surround the 55” TV for a movie night, and we didn’t forget the bar cart for a game night! The sofa also has a queen pull out couch to sleep a couple of extra guests! The kitchen boasts quartz countertops and all brand new appliances, stocked with a Keurig, coffee and all kitchen essentials. A convenient half bath is located downstairs along with a full size washer and dryer.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs with private en-suite bathrooms, large walk in closets and memory foam mattresses! The queen bedroom offers a secluded desk space paired with G Fiber internet throughout the house.

The private, gated backyard has a tiled patio with seating and a picnic table, along side a peaceful hammock beneath a large tree! The entire backyard is xeriscaped, making it a great place to relax with friends or family day and night!

We would love to be apart of making your time in Austin one to remember!

Guest will have access to the entire property, along with the single car garage and gated backyard.

This was a clean property, and check in and out were good. There were some things that needed to be fixed but my biggest feedback is the outside lights. There wasn’t a way to turn them on and they didn’t go on when it got dark. So it was really dark getting back, which wasn’t ideal. There was 1 porch light but it wasn’t enough light to the front. Garage was a nice feature because we put our car in there and you walked out to the front door. Plenty of food places and HEB down the street.

Cute, trendy townhouse close to downtown

We enjoyed this townhouse's proximity to downtown and the charming, trendy decor. Everything was very modern and clean and the host responded promptly when I texted. The only complaint I have is that there were not enough extra towels.

Overnight stay in Austin

The property was just as advertised and we enjoyed our stay, though brief. The only issues we had were no coffee even though the info in the unit said it was furnished. Also there were some issues with the WiFi that limited TV use, bit again our stay was brief and we improvised.

I booked last minute and was happy to see a highly rated property was available. The home did not disappoint. Conveniently located, clean and the owner was super responsive. Highly recommend.

Fun property in a convenient location

Stayed here for the weekend with two younger kids (ages 6 and 2) and had a great time. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. A very comfy house with easy access to all the things we wanted to do in Austin. Would definitely stay again!

UT visit

Lovely place to stay, very well stocked. We were comfortable and Checkin was easy. The home would make an even better first impression if the yard was mowed and the driveway swept. The house is much cuter than the curb appeal indicates. Be aware the stairs are steep. Well appointed and conveniently located.
