Host very responsive to concerns. Provided advance guidance re bringing an extra blanket and creamer for coffee. Insufficient sugar but all other amenities excellent. Comfortably furnished with multiple kitchen appliances, dishware, and place settings in a delightful well designed wood paneled cabin with windows on all 4 sides, considerable nicer than those at Madera Canyon.

The cabin was very clean cozy and well stocked with paper plates, plastic utensils, pots, pans and soap. We all throughly enjoyed our stay! We needed extra towels and trash bag and they were very quickly supplied! Would highly recommend this cabin!

It was a good stay, however, all the windows were unlocked when we got there and we had trouble with our code once. And it seemed like the host changed the tv bc it changed without us touching it. But overall not bad.

The cabin was very nice, but the picture showed a couch and there was a bunk bed instead. Difficult to sit on a bunk bed to watch TV. Bathroom was very nice, bed comfortable, Portch enjoyable to sit on.

Lovely cabin and stay. Right in the heart of Summerhaven. We were allowed to check early which was much appreciated. The only con (minor) was that the pillows are terrible. We will bring our own next time. Also, it would be nice to have 2 rocking chairs on porch instead of 1 and a wrought iron bench.

Stay was very pleasant!

Everything was clean! Cabin was easy to move around in. Kids loved the cookie cabin, the general store and the restaurant, we had an extra delight hiking into the wild turkeys

Quick get away to higher ground

This cabin is quaint and provides a pleasant stay. Roomy for a larger family too. Something my husband and I will consider for our next visit. Cabin is sufficient with cooking utensils pots, pans etc. which we liked!

Adorable Cabin

My husband and I escaped the summer heat to Summerhaven. The cabin was clean, cute and cozy. Walking distance to restaurants. The weather was perfect, much cooler than the valley. We plan to make this spot an annual trip 💕

We had an enjoyable stay. Within walking distance of nearly everything. Cleaning people were very nice and professional. Priced right for the little guy.

Our stay at Mt. Lemmon Hotel

In general the unit was very nice. Our problems were that there is no office on site so if you have questions or problems there is no way to contact anyone. They want to do their control by telephone or text, but once you are on site there is "NO" cell service and no way to contact any one. We had a room for 5 people but only dish service for 4, and the cook ware was very mis-matched and not very useful for cooking. Unloading and re-packing you car was very difficult because there was no parking near the required back entrance, all parking was down hill. Will we consider a return, Yes. Thank You

Cool, close reprieve from Tucson heat!

Property seems brand new. Nice and clean. Check in/out process and communication were clear, quick, and easy. Will definitely be back. DO plan ahead for food. There’s a fridge and kitchen. The restaurant hours/days are limited. No gas station so come with a full tank. Miles of beautiful hiking/biking trails. Have a great time!

Relaxing and beautiful

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was a perfect size with a full kitchen as well! Perfect location for trails and all the shops and restaurants in Summerhaven! Perfect stargazing at night too. Highly recommend.
