Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for my Bend visit. Very quiet, well maintained, clean. Kitchen had everything I needed, as I cook 99.9% of all meals. Every appliance I used, worked. I always enjoy hiking in area, and river trail is just a short scamper down the hill. Views from house so relaxing. Can hear the river flowing, birds singing and see deer walking around the area.

The equipment and facilities were beyond our expectations. We were really happy to be able to use the washer/dryer. The fire was lovely and cosy when we came in at night. The bed was HUGE
 and extremely comfy. We were a little disappointed by the missing hot tub as that was one of the reasons we booked this condo, but to be honest, I doubt we would have had time to use it, we were always out.

The property is beautiful. Home is clean, accommodating, jacuzzi is amazing, overall spectacular. Great views. Cooking amenities was outstanding. Toilet is separate from the shower which is a nice feature. Minimal check in/out chores made the stay all the more pleasant. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful stay in Bend! Condo was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed, great shower, in-unit laundry, hot tub on deck backing up to peaceful wooded area, beautiful community pool, lovely bath products. Easy check-in, unit instructions and prompt communications. First floor unit a plus.

Great Location & View!

Our overall stay was very good. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels & the hide-a-bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be! The only problem we had was the hot tub wasn’t hot, unfortunately there was no information on the hot tub provided. The 3rd day we went to use it and it had shut off, we found the breaker and reset it but it was 95 degrees, and it was our last night there. I specifically chose this property for the private hot tub and felt the sacrifice of sleeping on the hide-a-bed would be worth it. The view, large windows, and privacy of this condo were excellent.

Gorgeous condo in perfect locale

We were delighted to stay in this property, which earned our highest rating. It is a beautiful condo situated in a perfect locale with expansive view of the forest and good access to the Deschutes River trail. The kitchen is well stocked and just perfect. The bed is super comfy and the room spacious. We loved the balcony with the hot tub which was perfect after long snowshoes. The space is very beautiful and calming with the forest view, we didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and anything you need. Also quite close to the Bachelor area and lots of outdoor adventuring. Loved this place and hope to be back soon.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Stayed two nights with husband and teenage daughters. Great spot! Hot tub was great after skiing. Lots of trails to run/walk around the property. Great views!

Relaxing winter get away close to everything and a river trail

We went for a ski week. The condo was even nicer than the photos when we opened all the blinds. Hilltop view. Enjoyed a day off when it rained just relaxing and the jets in the hot tub are fantastic after skiing. The staff were very responsive. Very clean.

This is a great little unit. I was seriously impressed by how clean everything was. I was also really impressed by the communication, which was clear and easy. Getting check-in instructions in a text message took so much hassle out of vacation rental-ing. Staff was lovely.

Amazing Views!!

This condo has everything you need. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river canyon, make it special. The private hot tub is spectacular after a day of skiing. The bed was very comfortable and the decor is so tastefully appointed. We will definitely come back.

Good, with some downsides

While this was an enjoyable place to stay- it had some big “bumps” too. We never got our check in code for the house, I had to call multiple numbers and finally got through to someone who was able to send me the code. Then we got to the house and the trash inside the door was full. Then, the fridge and freezer didn’t work at all, and was very noisy. The property is in a good location and we loved the view and hot tub. Not sure we would stay there again tho.

Would stay here again

Great location if you are going to a concert as Hayden Amphitheater is just a little over a mile walk away. The jacuzzi tub on the balcony with the view of the trees was my favorite thing to do. Area was pretty quiet and also just a quick walk to the Deschutes river trail. Owner was fast to respond when the jacuzzi wouldn’t heat up . we very much enjoyed our stay.
