Sunset Serenade is waiting on you! This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is the perfect place for a getaway for you and/or your loved ones, including your furry friend! Full kitchen and king size sleeper sofa in the unit. Located at the beautiful Maravilla Condos on Seawall Blvd with top of the line property amenities including three resort style pools-one heated during winter, hot tub, dog park, fitness center, and much more.
The balcony at this unit is fully open and accessible.
There is a fully stocked kitchen in the unit including dishes, toaster, blender, electric mixer and can opener, utensils, coffee maker, wine and martini glasses, pots and pans, and dishes for kids including placemats.
The condo has an open floor plan with four seater dining at the countertop bar or dine outside on the spacious balcony.
The bedroom has a king size bed, the sleeper sofa also folds out to a king size bed as well for maximum guest comfort.
All linens are provided, the unit has a full size washer and dryer.
The unit has a shared amenity closet just for our guests that include items such as beach wagon, cooler, dog bowls, dog bed, space for hanging clothes, iron and board.
Parking- The garage is located underneath the property. Cost is $10 per night per vehicle. No trailers permitted.
The beach is right across the street from the property and is an easy walk from the unit to get your toes in the sand.
The Maravilla charges a parking fee which is $10 per night with a max of 7 nights charged.
Currently, the east side of Maravilla is getting a face lift. The major construction area is on the opposite side of the building our unit is, our side is complete. The construction does not impact the use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, balcony, etc. General construction noises may be heard throughout daytime hours only but are minimal. You may also pass by construction crew members or areas on the property when getting to our place. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding this.
