I extended for 1 day and they did it for 3, I chalk that up to communication error but it was fixed and the stay was great!

The only thing I wish they would’ve done is explain how to use the keycard for the elevator. They told us to use it for the elevator, just not how to use it.

Comfy and relaxing

Everything about the hotel was very pleasant. Besides, the employee who works in the mini store that sells the Starbucks coffee, we were deprived of having a cold coffee due to them not having ice located inside the store.Why have a menu that offers cold beverages and you cannot make cold coffee because you don’t have ice in your store that makes no sense

This hotel is supposedly rated as a 4-star hotel, but in person it did not reflect that standard at all. Upon arrival, I had to switch through 3 different rooms because the first two were not cleaned thoroughly. The third room was finally acceptable, but still not what I would expect from a hotel with this rating.The hall carpets were dirty and covered with debris throughout my stay. Early Saturday morning around 5:00 AM, I was awakened by someone repeatedly kicking what sounded like a door. I contacted the front desk and was told security would come up. Someone eventually came, the noise stopped briefly, then started right back again.The customer service and housekeeping experience was also disappointing. Saturday morning, I politely asked a housekeeper in the hallway if she could replenish the towels in my room. She told me she did not have towels on her cart and that I could go downstairs to the front desk to get them myself.Later that evening, I stopped by the front desk and asked for towels again. The employee, “May,” stated there were no towels at the desk but said she would message housekeeping on WhatsApp and have towels delivered to my room. After waiting over an hour with no delivery, I called the front desk again. She then informed me that housekeeping had actually brought the towels to the front desk and that I needed to come downstairs to get them myself. When I reminded her that she originally told me they would be delivered to my room, she stated housekeepin

Convenient and Awesome

Enjoyed the facility. Easy check-in. Great breakfast. Hospitality associates for breakfast, bar/restaurant and lobby area, inside and outside pool and spa. pools were cold but spa was warm but small. Gym-several types of equipment. All areas use your room key to access including elevators. Pleasant atmosphere. Strive to make your stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds, in room temp control, huge facility. All types of eateries and shopping all around hotel. Easy access to I-85. Plan to return very soon.
