The home was very clean, welcoming and very comfortable. Good location for our volleyball tournament at OWA. David was easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Foley and beach areas!

The smoke alarm went off & we contacted the homeowner right away & we had to listen to the loud beeps by the bedroom / kitchen area All Night till the next morning. We waited for someone to come to fix it & it disrupted our plans for the entire day. The tubs wouldn’t hold water for soaking. The sunroom ac flooded the back porch. Bedroom beds weren’t comfortable, The master bed was very nice. The Area was quiet; house was Beautiful & very clean. We weren’t offered any compensation for our Horrific experience. The homeowner wasn’t concerned about Us being inconvenienced.

Multi-generational

We only stayed one night but found this house an excellent choice. My husband and I traveled with our adult son and two teenage grandsons. We had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Communication with the owner was easy, check-in/check-out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The property lived up to all it was advertised. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the amenities they had to offer and the comfort. The owner and his team went above and beyond to help us when we left some items. The communication was exemplary. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Fabulous place to stay in Foley

The house was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms offer a lot of flexibility for family and friends to stay there. Will definitely keep this house on the list for future visits to Foley.

This house was great! It was very clean and as described. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to many restaurants and places to shop. We loved the decorations for the holidays as well. We’d stay here again in the future!

Family Visit

We really enjoyed staying at "Sweet Home Alabama". It was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Located in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located. We were visiting family in Robertsdale and Foley, and it was a short drive to the places we were going in each city. The owner was super responsive to any inquiry that we had. I will definitely stay here again, if we are in the area again. Thanks so much for your hospitality, and for sharing your home!

Great Stay in Foley AL

The home was way larger then my wife and I needed but ideal for what we needed. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and very comfortable with ready access to Foley and other areas of interest.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Location, Dog Friendly!

My sister got married in Fairhope on 12/30, and in order to be there we needed a place that would allow a senior dog to stay with us. Our pup has arthritis, so we specifically looked for a place with few, preferably no, stairs and this house was perfect for her. There's one small step down to the sun porch and that's it, plus the fenced yard was great! Also the two pet beds (one in den and one in bedroom) were adorable, and so thoughtful. The house's proximity to Fairhope was perfect - it was barely a 20 minute drive, and so easy even at busier times of day. We also really really enjoyed the short 5 minute drive to delicious coffee and breakfast at the Drowsy Poet, and had fantastic street carnita tacos at Taco Fiesta. The house itself is beautiful, and we loved the huge den with comfy couch and easy to use TV (access to all the streaming apps once you log in!) We really only used the master bedroom, which was perfect for us (whoever left that step stool for the bed, thank you! I'm petite, and the bed's pretty high!) but all four bedrooms were cozy and cute. I LOVED how many blankets were available in the house. It really did feel like coming 'home' after the wedding events. Honestly I have nothing but praise for both the property and the owner. Communication was simple, responses were prompt, and check in/out was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to other travelers, especially those with arthritic senior dogs :)

What a lovely home! My family stayed in Foley a couple nights for our annual road trip, and Sweet Home Alabama was perfect. Beautiful decor, spacious, great host, easy access, close to everything. Home was exactly as described...highly recommend❀

Great family home!

This is a great family house! We loved the attached patio with the ac. All rooms have plenty of space, and large beds. Basic needs are met, Wal-Mart 11 minutes away. Very nice neighborhood! If we came back we would definitely use this house again! Host very quick to respond with any questions.

Soccer tournament stay

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay in Foley. There was so much room for all of us. The kids loved the games in the front room, we loved the hot chocolate/coffee bar, the fireplace was one of my kids favorite. Oh...the master bathroom was awesome! Kids loved the TV above the tub. The kitchen met our needs for our short stay. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was Perfect!

This home is just as described and more. It was clean and spacious. The fenced in backyard was what our ‘condo kept’ dog needed. This is a perfect set up for families. This home is close to Gulf Shores, OWA(Amusement park, shopping and entertainment) and a Tanger Outlet. Our host, David Brown, was easy to contact and his response time was almost immediate. My husband and would definitely rent ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ again.

Great place to stay!

The home has super clean and very comfortable. There wasn’t anything we needed while we were there that wasn’t available. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get into and out of. It was close to restaurants, the sportsplex where our kid was playing in a ball tournament, shopping (and even the hospital if necessary). The fenced in backyard was great for our four legged children.
