Best in High Point!

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation weekend at HPU, and after renting several properties over the past four years, this one was by far the best! Immaculately clean, perfectly located, fully stocked, and beautifully maintained. I only wish we had discovered it sooner—it’s truly a gem!

We had an amazing stay at this home. The owner was so wonderful and extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. The house was extremely well cared for and very comfortable too. The neighborhood was a sweet, quiet little spot and it was easy to get where we needed to go all around high point. We are so glad we found this place. It was peace amongst the chaos for us!

More than perfect for our family

The home is a beautiful, new, clean property in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great for my family. We felt really comfortable and safe which is super important for us. We had ALL of the amenities that we have in our own home. The hosts thought of everything and item we would need while having an extended stay away from our own home.I highly recommend this property.

Great Property!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in ever from VRBO. We had no issues checking in. It was so cozy and homey and just a perfect place to spend a weekend. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and will definitely use again in the future.

This house was perfect for our family as we dropped our son off for his first year at High Point University. Everything in the home is brand new, including the mattresses, sheets, and towels. Beautiful clean new home. Had everything we needed. Most of all, the rooms, appliances, garage, etc were all spotless and sanitized. HVAC vents were clean (this is often overlooked in hotels and other rental properties). Appreciated the grill, keyless entry, garage, and new furniture. Thank you for prohibiting pets (very important for families with allergies!). It's hard to find a truly CLEAN rental... thankfully this home fit the bill 100%!

My family + I have had our share of funky rental spaces (peer-to-peer BNBs) but this one is a winner. 🏆 Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, quality furniture, appliances + linens, a garage you can actually use. I don't want to hype it up too much because it'll always be rented when I need it lol but Michael knows how to do this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
