17 Cedar - is very convenient to All Star Village and Baseball World. Located in the heart of Oneonta, Main Street shops and restaurants are nearby, under a 15 minute walk. The exterior features classic Queen Anne architecture, including a graceful wrap-around porch. The vintage woodwork and moldings give warmth and character to the interior.

There are 2 spacious living rooms and a dining area on the first floor. The 5 bedrooms are all on the second floor. Four of the bedrooms have hardwood floors. One of the bedrooms and the common areas have wall-to-wall carpet.

17 Cedar is nestled in a hill overlooking a quiet residential neighborhood that has many homes of early architecture to enjoy as you explore the area. There is ample off-street parking. If you are lucky you may see an occasional white-tail deer relaxing in the upper back yard under the trees.

Great location, great space, great host. Beware though, food options get limited after 8:00 pm.

Great stay for Cooperstown!

We stayed for one week while our son played a baseball tournament in Cooperstown All Star Village. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!!

Colby was a fantastic host! The house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Conveniently located close to town and just a short drive to All Star Village. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again when my other son returns in two years!

Perfect stay for All Star Village

Everything about the process of booking with Cooperstown stay was great! The house and property were exactly as described. The house was clean and big enough for 7 people. We never felt crowded. Enough parking for 4 cars and a close, easy drive to All Star Village. Will definitely consider staying again!

The home was well furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. There was a wagon, cooler, and even umbrellas. The property was close to All Star Village and downtown. We had deer in the yard almost everyday. The porch was beautiful to sit on and read. The beds were all very comfortable. Our host was amazing and kept in touch before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home for your stay.

Colby had anything and everything we needed to make our stay perfect! She even had birthday candles, razors, and feminine products. We had all the kitchen gadgets available for our use. Plenty of towels, chairs, and even a wagon! Her place was very clean! Highly recommend her!

Cooperstown All Star Village Dream House!

Amazing location for families and friends. Colby was the best hostess. Making sure that all the comforts of home are available for her guest. The house was spectacular and perfect for our stay. All the amenities are at your fingertips. I highly recommend this house for its location and comforts. Our favorite time was sitting on the porch and watching the deer and our best friend Patty the Squirrel while we had our morning coffee. With a beautiful front garden and friendly neighbors this is the best place to stay !! Thank you Colby for making our stay very memorable. Liz
