Beautifully Restored Farmhouse near Cooperstown Dreams Park & All Star Village

Located close to Oneonta and Cooperstown this meticulously renovated farmhouse has been updated with modern convenience. The charm is maintained with exposed beams showcasing historical building practices, original doorknobs, light fixtures and a cast iron tub. The comfort of modern living is provided with brand new appliances, including a stackable washer dryer, heat pump technology providing AC comfort in the summer and on demand hot water with radiant heated floors upstairs. WiFi and excellent cell service make working away from home simple. With 4 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 3 full bathrooms everyone will have there own space. The house looks out to a pond where large mouth bass swim and to a century old one room school house. We have a nice fire pit next to the pond where stories can be shared and memories made. There is a blackstone grill and a nice table on the covered porch. Weather you are a family here for a week of baseball, a couple looking for a special place to contact or a group of friends in town for an event this is a great place to call homebase.

For the 2026 Baseball Tournaments we require a 6 night stay.
Tournament Dates for All Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park do not follow the same schedule this year. We will book this year on a first come bases unfortunately this will led to days we are unable to fill. Please let us know what tournament you are booking for and we will fill the dates in 2027 according to the bookings received in 2026 allowing us to give a better rate for 2027 as we will not have unbookable nights.

During non tournament weeks there is a 3 night minimum stay.

Please inquiry if you are looking for a long term stay. We are happy to work with you in the months of October through May. If you are traveling for work or need a temporary residence we are happy to provide a quote.
There is so much to do in the area that is not baseball related as well so we want you to enjoy our property year round!

Beautiful home with all the upgrades. We came for a tournament at Allstar Village and could comfortably sleep two families without an issue. When everything else seems a bit outdated, this house was amazing and so so clean.

The farmhouse is absolutely adorable. It has been fully restored and is very comfortable. It has all the modern conveniences you could ask for. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever back in Cooperstown, we will definitely stay there again. The host was very helpful and always answered my emails immediately.

This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown.

This was the cutest remodeled farmhouse. Location was perfect to Dreams Park. This property was beautiful and I looked forward to hanging out here between and after ballgames. It helped make our experience even more relaxing and fun! Thank you!
