Welcome to your perfect vacation spot!! This modern and spacious condo boasts comfortable living space, large private bedroom, in-unit washer & dryer and even a customizable designated workspace! Kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want, including a toaster, Ninja blender, and Keurig coffee machine.

Located in upscale North Scottsdale just off Shea Boulevard and Frank Lloyd Wright, this condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Enjoy a gorgeous water feature in the pool, or a game of billiards or a steam in the sauna in the community amenity center, right next to the pool. Shopping, dining and nightlife are all close by.

Features incredible amenities: outdoor patio with privacy/ sun shades, 2 smart TVs, large bathroom, 2nd floor unit = no upstairs neighbors, tasteful decor and a dedicated work space, PLUS high-speed WiFi! Pool/ spa CLOSE! Community outdoor kitchen & fridge are also located in the pool/ spa area.

Mailbox not provided with this unit. Long-term guests are recommended to secure a PO box.

No personal kitchen appliances or personal furniture and/ or decor is allowed. No grills or barbecues are permitted for use.

Quiet, clean condo. Great location. Really nice pool area and outdoor kitchen. Bed was very comfy and the living space was really nice. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening.

The plumbing in the bathroom needs to deferred maintenance completed. The shower head needs tightening to prevent the leak from the side, the tub drained slow and the toilet needs to have the fill valve replaced. Other than that, the place is pretty nice.

Gotta say after finding the place on night one, including the parking spot, I was impressed. Typically I stay at hotels on work trips. I would definitely stay again.

Hoist is a liar. Don’t rent without insurance. After asking for some form of compensation for the pool and hot tub heater being broken at the condo the host became very rude and then charged me for a broken crank on a curtain that had been broken before we arrived.

This review does not accurately reflect the stay. The pool and hot tub were operational. We offered a refund for unused nights if the guest wished to depart early, which they did not do. Damage discovered after checkout required repair. We remain committed to fair, documented, and professional communication with all guests.

North Scottsdale

Very nice condo. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Also very close to McDowell Preserve for fabulous hiking. Condo is very clean and well-stocked. Complex is quiet with beautiful facilities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay, Highly Recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was close to covered parking and very quiet, which was important for us. It was clean and very well appointed. The added touches were artful and tasteful. Kimberly, our host, was super nice, attentive and made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again.
