Arnoldson House - Enjoy an awesome panoramic view of the Catskill Mountain foothills at Arnoldson House. This unique home is just under a 15 minute drive from All Star Village. It is nestled on a side hill with a scenic pond in the front and acres of hiking trails in the back. Relax on the open front deck - breathe in the fresh country air. Watch for wildlife on the hills from the screened in porch in the back.

Arnoldson House has a spacious great room with 14 foot ceilings and windows all across the front. Guests enjoy the majestic view from every part of the great room. Choose this one -of-a-kind custom built home for a vacation that will create memories that will last a lifetime.

The great room includes a living area, dining area, kitchen and a sitting area to watch TV.

The three bedrooms include a queen bedroom with en suite bath, a second queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins. A second bath is off the hallway between the queen and twin bedrooms.

Great Place to Stay for Baseball Families

Perfect size house for a small group close to Cooperstown All Star Village. Beautiful scenery all around the house. Very quiet and loved watching the deer and wild life on the property. The house had all amenities needed.

Beautiful Home - Perfect for Stay

Arnoldson House was the ideal home base for our trip to All Star Village! The peaceful, quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway from the fields. The owner has thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the open great room, perfect for enjoying the views while we cooked, worked, or relaxed in the evening. We only wish we'd had more time to enjoy the screened-in porch and fish in the pond!

Clean, beautiful and spacious. A 12-15 minute drive to ASV. View is gorgeous and a very relaxing retreat. The 2 full bathrooms and laundry were a huge plus. We hope to stay again when in the area.

Amazing House/Location

We stayed for a week of baseball at All Star Village, and we could not have been happier with the house! It’s gorgeous, immaculate, and the perfect spot to stay and to get a chance to relax or catch your breath away from the (fun!) high energy of ASV! The whole experience was perfect; I cannot recommend this property highly enough! We would definitely go back!

Treasured retreat with easy drive to All Star Village

This house was a wonderful retreat during our week at All Star Village. It sits on the other side of a small mountain from CASV, but is an easy 15 minute drive to the baseball compound. The photos accurately reflect the house, which sits at the end of a short gravel road. It was a great getaway from all things baseball and even allowed me to work a bit during our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you'd ever need and the washer/dryer was definitely helpful (we returned home without any smelly baseball clothes!). I will be recommending this house to younger teams from our area and would definitely rent it again if I had reason to return to the area.
