IGNOREZ LA NUIT MINIMUM SI IL Y A UN LACUN DANS LE CALENDRIER. PAS DE CHECK IN HASSLE. PROPRIÉTAIRE OPÉRÉ. DEUX REINES - DORMIR 4 EN LITS ET 5 SI un enfant est à l'aise sur le canapé.

Propriété fantastique. C'est littéralement la troisième unité la plus proche de plus d'une centaine d'écoles de ski pour adultes et le tapis magique pour les tout-petits. Votre fils ou votre fille oublie sa moufle, vous n'avez pas à vous inquiéter, votre chambre est à une quarantaine de marches (pas d'ascenseur ni d'escalier à monter).

La disposition est la suivante. Il y a un petit hall d'entrée pratique pour les skis mouillés, les bottes et les vêtements. La chambre a une terrasse donnant sur la patinoire, lit queen, chaise et pouf, TV plasma et lecteur DVD, lecteur de musique, mini réfrigérateur, 2 placards et salle de bain complète. Le salon a également une terrasse donnant sur la patinoire, un lit queen escamotable (c'est un vrai lit PAS un canapé), un canapé confortable (veuillez utiliser des revêtements si vous prévoyez de dormir dessus), une télévision à écran plasma et un foyer au gaz. La cuisine est entièrement équipée.

Le condo est à la base de la station Park City Mtn, vous êtes donc entouré par la montagne, les restaurants, les locations de ski et les magasins. De plus, cette unité a accès à une piscine intérieure / extérieure et à des bains à remous, à un centre de remise en forme, à une connexion Wi-Fi et à un parking souterrain avec accès par ascenseur. Si vous décidez de ne pas marcher en ville (10 minutes), il y a un arrêt de bus à 50 mètres de l'unité. Le bus peut vous emmener aux Canyons et à Deer Valley Resorts ou dans la rue principale animée de Park City qui compte de nombreux restaurants, bars, galeries et magasins primés.

Perfect location for skiing

This is our second stay here and we'll be going back next year. The apartment is comfortable for our family of 4 and the location couldn't be better.

Awesome location at Park City Resort base

The place was as advertised and we enjoyed our visit. We couldn't get any closer to the chair lifts. The owner was accommodating and the unit was wonderful.

Extremely convenient to Park City slopes and amenities.

Perfect spot to run my youngest to ski school, come back to boot up, and be on the slopes before the crowds. Literally sidewalk only (0 stairs) to the ski school drop off. Awesome spot for a family of all day skiers mixed with more casual vacationers.

Convenient location for ski school

Traveling with 3 kids who did several days of ski school. This location was super convenient for drop off and pickup. The condo was clean and had all of the basic needs. The host communicated well throughout our stay. We hope to stay here again.

Can't get any closer to the lifts!

It was a great place to stay for skiing! Easy walk to lifts and ski rentals. Since the den is basically a bedroom, it was not so good for the full day that we couldn't ski. But not the places fault!

Cozy condo, unbeatable location!

Our family of 4 had a great stay slopeside! The condo was clean and cozy and just steps from the mountain, ice skating, and all that Mountain Village has to offer. The beds were comfortable, we had room to spread out and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. For coffee lovers, the bonus is being steps away from Harvest Coffee and Bump and Grinds coffee cart. The full kitchen made breakfast and lunches a breeze. We hope to stay here again next season when we return to shred ;)

Great skiing condo!

We had a great time at this condo. It is maybe 50 yards from the lift! Easy communication with owner, parking is very convenient and right below the unit. Inside was clean and nice with a great view of the ice skating rink. Snow was great and we had an excellent ski trip. At the end of the day, take off your skis and 50 steps later you're in your room (unless you divert another 20 steps and you're in the saloon!) Would definitely stay again without hesitation, I only hope it's available when we come!

Perfect Location

The location doesn’t get better than this. Parking is easy, convenient to slopes, ski shops, and restaurants. A little noisy at night with snow removal activities so bring earplugs and eye shades if you slew later than the sun. The kitchen is just enough for breakfasts and basic meals but well equipped for everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was a great perk. I will stay again the next time I’m in Park City for sure. Matt is very responsive and incredibly generous.

Perfect location!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay - the unit was the perfect size and the perfect location for us to enjoy our anniversary trip. It was incredibly easy to get around because 1) it's ski in/ski out with tons of rental shops, restaurants, bars, lifts and other activities (pool, hot tub, ice skating rink) right there and 2) the city bus system picks up and drops off right at the entrance. We were easily able to get wherever we wanted to go in very little time. We enjoyed the fireplace and other thoughtful amenities inside the unit as well - the boot warmers and ski rack at the front door were game changers, and helped us make the best of our experience! Matt, our host, was extremely easy to get a hold of and communicate with as well. All combined, we would definitely stay here again!

Slope-side convenience, super comfy accommodations

Amazing location, just steps away from the lifts and essentially in the heart of the Park City Mountain Village. It's so convenient for our everyday skiiing/snowboarding. Our kids also loved the charming outdoors ice skating rink with colored lights right outside our balcony. Main Street is just 10 minutes with great shops, restaurants, coffee, desserts and all, if you want to mix things up. The condo unit itself is cosy and comfy. Our kids took the side of the unit with a murphy bed (hands down, much better than pull out sleeper), kitchen and bathroom. We took the other side, with bedroom (amazing bed!) and another bathroom. Everyone had their space to chill and hang out, and all were happy :). Kitchen was a tad small, but we weren't cooking that much so it wasn't a huge deal. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

You can’t beat the location- Right next door to all ski rental locations at Mountain Village and the drop off location for Ski School. The unit was as shown in the pictures and was clean upon arrival. Host was super responsive for check in and check out. We cooked most nights in the condo and felt like we had everything we needed to do so. We had no issues during our stay. Thanks!

Best Location For Skiing

Truly magical place. The kids enjoyed playing with snow on the balcony and when it came time for ski school, we just simply went out the door, down the hallway and the line is basically outside the building. Cannot ask for a better location. Afterwards, you have your choice of places to eat in the lodge area or you can do a short 10 minute walk to town. Matt was great and runs a great rental. We would definitely look forward to staying here again next season.

Had a wonderful time on our ski trip to Park City! The location was great and the accommodations were wonderful. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!
